Verified Company
I don’t normally write reviews but my sister who owns a company was given a price on a skid steer last night. She cancelled a deal to go and buy the new skid steer Monroe tractor was offering. They texted her this morning and said oh sorry 10 hours later , it sold but we will offer you a way smaller machine for the same price. Don’t deal with Brandon the sales man. He was rude, didn’t care and just never responded after giving her an option on a lesser machine. They also have the market rigged so you can go to another city or state to buy one or the other provider can be fined thousands. All in all theirs sales department should be ashamed of themselves. But because they are a big provider they get away with it. I’m a mechanic so I have lot of friends in the industry I’ll be telling not to use them , especially don’t bother dealing with brandon.
