Devastated That They Took My $597! I was also misled by the workshop that led me to believe that it was a social work type of field that required empathy and compassion to help seniors with the trauma of moving out of their home, selling all their things and entering a nursing care facility. I don't have the available money to become a real estate investor. I am a retiree living on social security only. They are telling me the money I gave them 2 days ago is not refundable and I haven't even watched one class.

Honest Review of Mom’s House Course I purchased the Mom’s House course for $597 after watching a sales overview that led me to believe the primary focus would be on earning placement fees from senior living communities. That is the business model I was specifically looking to learn. After accessing the course, I discovered that a significant portion of the training centers around real estate investment strategies. While that may be valuable to some, it was not clearly positioned as the dominant focus in the sales presentation I viewed. For me, this was a material mismatch between expectation and delivery. Additionally, in the “Deal Funding” training module (around the 1:45 mark), the lead speaker’s microphone remains on while he is in the restroom. You can clearly hear him urinating. At a $597 price point, I believe the production quality should reflect a higher professional standard. I requested a refund based on these concerns and was informed that the course is non-refundable per the terms and conditions. I encourage prospective buyers to thoroughly confirm that the curriculum aligns with their specific goals before purchasing.

This is a top-notch team. My mom passed away a few months ago leaving me with a house that was packed full of stuff. After picking out everything I wanted, I passed it over to Debra and her team and they made the estate sale process and clean-out seamless. They were very kind, professional, fair, and respectful during a very difficult time. I was very impressed with how they merchandised everything for the sale as well. I would highly recommend them.
