Had a great experience with this company and the people who work there. Our mold situation seemed overwhelming, they were a big help.
Update: its been about a month since mold treatment and my sensitive son is finally able to breath clear! He had been snorting, his nose constantly stuffed up so mych so that me temporarily moved into a new space while we were trying to figure out what to do about the mold situation. We are moved back in and are thrilled that the mold treatment worked as advertised! 100% recommend

Said they'd come out an just eye what they could see. Said how much the mold test was, I specifically said I'd ask the landlord and we wanted to wait. They went ahead anyways and did the test and charged me with out my permission 😤. They didn't have a verbal or written yes to do the mold test, as i was on the phone with my fiance and we both said no we wanted to wait. So I had to pay for a service I didn't ask for. Very upsetting and unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone.

Our protocol is to never take an air test unless we have verbal or written consent from our customers, which verbal consent our technician understood to have received from your fiancé, who was the only person present at the time of the inspection. Highly recommend! Marci was so patient in explaining the entire treatment process and was able to get us on the schedule for inspection as quickly as possible. Weston was prompt, professional and took the time to evaluate our situation and recommend the proper steps to ensure the best outcome for our basement mold issue. Service was swift and he went above and beyond in evaluating our dehumidifier and helping us understand best practices. We will definitely have them on speed dial for any future issues!

We had black mold popping up intermittently through the house, leaving me with headaches and throat issues. Mold Buster's quickly came out and inspected it and gave pointers on how to prepare the house to make the most of the mold treatment. We made our changes to the house, and Mold Busters fogged the house for us. 2 weeks after the fact the mold is completely gone, particularly effected rooms are now useable again.
Definitely worth the money, the sheer quality of life improvements cannot be understated. I can't imagine having gone through my Finals test week feeling like I did before the mold removal. Thank you Mold Busters

We’re selling our house and the inspector was concerned that there might be mold in the laundry room from a bathroom leak. We had MoldBusters come and treat the home to reassure the buyer. This company has the kindest most unjudgemental ownership. They took my call, listened intently to my concerns and took care of everything else. They're kind and proficient. The tech that came went over all the details and took extra precaution in care of our personal belongings. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
