Returning after many years in London, it took me a long time to find a stylist/barber in Dublin that I was happy with. Leon's talent and attention to detail are exceptional. I recommend you reward yourself with a booking, you will not be disappointed.

I use GMALE all the time, they're simply great! Kenny really is the best and most consistent barber I've ever used. Booking process is easy, there's no waiting around and the customer service overall is great! Lovely bunch of people, highly recommend!

Expensive as hell for the quality. Owner yelled at my sister because we were 2 minutes late.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I have been a longstanding customer with Gmale since they opened in 2008 but will no longer use them. I would have to say the barbers are very good and I have generally enjoyed it there but I have had 2 incidents with customer service which have left a bad taste. 1. I was having my hair cut about a year ago when half way through it the owner came to me and said the wrong barber was cutting my hair and should be cutting someone elses. He insisted that the barbers switch midway through my haircut, which I though was poor. Half a haircut with one, have with another. Didn't say much at the time, stuff happens. 2. I booked a hair cut last w end and did not attend, did not inform them beforehand, totally forgot the appt. I was charged full price for the haircut. I rang today to rebook, apologised for cancelling the booking last w end and was told I would have to pay again. I made the point I'm a customer with 16 years. The owner then said I would have to pay again and there as a circuitous conversation about another time when I had booked a shave along with a haircut and didn't get the shave (there wasn't a hot towel available at the time, I should have known to book that specifically...). After 16 yrs of using Gmale I found it very disappointing not be shown any flexibility (when I let the above incident slide) so won't be using them again.

The haircut from Marius is always 10/10!
