Scam beware Total scam , I purchased b12 ...got no confirmation email ,no tracking , nothing . When I did email them they replied saying they'd be sending out that was few days ago. I emailed again , they replied under a different name vault nutrition so be aware there now going under a different pseudonym which speaks in volumes scammers. I have reported to trading standards.

No product and no refund Avoid at all costs. No product arrived and no refund. Communication is practically none existent and all emails are unanswered. There was apparently a delay in them getting supplies of Vit B12 but I submitted my order over 2 months ago. I have repeatedly requested a refund but have not received anything. Do not order from this company.

In hindsight ... even though we created a Customer Account - that there is absolutely no section on their website to find Orders or an Order # should have made me think twice about the validity of the order. Very sad as the website looks great and "Sarah" on the phone before we placed our order seemed really genuine.

Avoid at all costs I suspect this site is either a scam or they have simply hit financial difficulties. Paid for B12 ampoules, was told they didn’t have the ones I wanted in stock but would special delivery them to me. No sign of them, messages ignored, phone calls unanswered. Have had to start chargeback through the bank. Avoid this site.
