Worst company ever Worst company ever. I ordered photo books for my mom for Christmas in November they came and the books were damaged due to company is cheap and does not pack to protect. No number to contact resorted to chat. Guy reassured I would receive the new books in plenty of time. That they would expedite them . Today found out there is a delay. They suck! Do not order from them. The only way you can communicate is via email or chat. I dont even give a 1 star they get zero stars!!

Frustrated with falling frames I was really excited to decorate with Mixtiles, but I’m honestly disappointed. At first, the frames looked nice, but after a while they started falling off the wall. The company only sent me a very small amount of magnetic stickers, and it’s not nearly enough to keep the frames up. Now my walls are bare and I’m stuck with frames that won’t stay in place. For the price, I expected better quality and more reliable mounting. If you’re considering buying, be prepared to spend extra on Command Strips or stronger adhesive — otherwise, you’ll likely run into the same problem I did.

Used to be good but not now This time when I ordered a photo, it took a much longer time to arrive and when it did, the photo was very blurry. When I contacted Mixtiles on their chat (the only way to contact) they apologized , and told me I would need to order a larger size print for the photo I was using but they would credit me for the smaller size. So I would need to give them more money to fix the problem they had caused. That’s what’s known as poor customer service. Google has some alternatives to Mixtiles. I’ll go there next time.

Fantastic Customer Support I recently contacted Mixtiles customer support regarding an order I received. I had the absolute best customer experience ever. They went to extreme measures to fix the problem and were very pleasant and personable to work with. I was actually shocked at the lengths they were willing to go. Customer support like that comes from the top down. Thank you

A must have for the loved one in a memory care facility! Mom has vascular dementia and went into a memory care home last May. She loves photos, and we took them with her, but she ended up taking all the frames apart, and breaking all the glass. Very dangerous! Luckily she did not cut herself. My daughter introduced me to these. So we went online and picked out Mom's favorite photos and had them made. They were so easy to hang, just put the sticky magnet on the wall. She has vision issues (glaucoma) but these were easy for her to see. They are vibrant and clear. We ordered about 20 for her wall. When we visit her, we often take them down, so she can hold them and we talk about them. And they easily go back on the wall. Unfortunately, she often thinks she needs to pack up and go, so at night she will sometimes removed them all from the wall and stick them in a pillow case. Sometimes she has even removed the magnets from the wall. Amazingly, we are able to stick the magnet back on the wall, without hurting the wall. And rehang the pictures. She has lost a couple magnets, but I called the company to buy some, and they offered to send me some for free! My daughter has these in her house. But they are truely amazing for an elderly parent in a care home. I would recommend not sending frame photos, and just using these. Much safer, easier to see and convenient.

Yes they WILL tear off part of your wall if left up for over a year Love how they looked..went to move them after a year and it took off my paint and drywall!! I did it slowly and still ripped chunks off

Does NOT stick to walls These absolutely do NOT stick to the walls. I can’t tell you how many times I have been woken up to the sound of pictures falling off the walls, or entered a room to find 3 of the 5 on the floor. I have had to use command strips to get them to stick, and that solved the issue. Customer service did respond to me and sent replacement tiles, however they did not stick either and now I have duplicate pictures that still do not stick. They do not offer refunds. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the app is easy to use and shipping was relatively quick.

No customer service Their customer service sucks. You can’t talk to a person. And you can’t order replacement magnets. I give them a 1 out of 10.My SIL ordered at least a dozen of these for a new house. Hung them up. Then they started falling off the wall. At least half of them fell. I contacted the company several times to BUY replacement magnets to rehang the picture - absolutely useless! Now I have to come up with an alternate solution to rehang all these photos.

Loses stickiness over time Great at first but then one day they just started popping off my walls and won’t restick. I’ve had them less than 1 year and re stuck them less than 3 times. They don’t email you back when you tell them this.

Outstanding Quality I'm absolutely blown away by the outstanding quality of my artwork on these tiles! Very light weight & feels sturdy. I haven't mounted them to any walls as I wanted to see how they'd do as "print items", but I'd expect they'd do well based on the overall quality of the product.

Worth the hype 8x8 is a little smaller than I imagined, but that’s my own fault. The images came out great, frames are lightweight and were super easy to hang. I didn’t try moving, but I imagine they will peel the paint off the wall. Peel and stick could not have been easier

Fantastic High Quality and Fast I was a bit shy ordering these without the prime delivery and very few reviews on the quality. I placed the order and boom 48 hours later they were in my Amaon Hub. Without a doubt, Mixtiles exceeded expectations for expendiency and quality. For custom photos you would think it would take much longer.I can proudly display my travel photos as they pop off my walls and turn them into a photo album without having to go digging through my phone to see them. At this great cost, I can seperate create collages of the different places I have visited in different rooms. Wait till I subject my dog to the torture of more photos.

Beautiful tiles! I bought a set of 4 tiles, and I'm so pleased with how they turned out! The print quality was fantastic - my images look bright and sharp. I love that these have a sticky strip, too, so I can hang them up without destroying the walls in my apartment. I was able to hang them up in no time, and they look awesome!
