The receptionists are beyond dumbest to assist patients. Dr. Benjamin Sagal canceled my appointment without letting me know. I explained to them it took a month to book that appt and asked for a sooner accomodation which they refused supposedly because "Dr. Benjamin Sagal" is no longer taking new patients. I find this clinic very abusive and greety. I question the Dr. Benjamin Sagal morals and ethics.

Terrible customer service. Was seen April 6 for referral for surgery. Doctor said he'll submit authorization within 24hrs. I've called numerous times with no response. Insurance tells me they haven't submitted anything as of April 22nd.

Had have my Gallbladder removed by Dr Pollick. Surgery went well and I recovered well with minor pain for a few days. The day of surgery went well and i felt well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr Pollick and his staff.

Exceptional care and successful surgery I had an amazing experience with Dr. James Pollack for my gallbladder surgery. From consultation to surgery, everything went seamlessly, and the results have been excellent. My procedure was scheduled just two weeks after the initial visit, and I’m now recovering with minimal pain and only minimal stitches. Dr. Pollack’s expertise is truly impressive. At the hospital, the nurses and anesthesiologists were equally fantastic, making the entire process comfortable. If you’re planning to see Dr. Pollack, just note a potential 30-minute wait, but it’s well worth it. I highly recommend him and his outstanding team for anyone in need of surgery.

Dr. Fegale is the best vascular surgeon around Dr. Benjamin Fegale is the best vascular surgeon. He makes Mission Surgical Clinic the place to go for all your vascular needs. He is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Without him and his skillful and careful angioplasty procedure, my dad would have had to have his foot amputated. Dr. Fegale made sure to get my dad in the next week because Dr. Fegale saw that my dad's foot was rotting. Even though his schedule was packed, he made time to see my dad and squeeze him into a lengthy procedure. My dad was nervous, but because of Dr. Fegale's confidence, great explanation, and kind and gentle demeanor, my dad felt reassured. Right when I saw my dad get into the recovery room, I heard my dad say that all the pain in his leg was gone. Dr. Fegale showed me pictures of all the areas that were clogged in his leg. Melanie was also so sweet to keep me posted with the updates, get me scheduled, communicating preparation and post-procedure instructions. I am so grateful for Dr. Benjamin Fegale! He such a humble, hardworking, caring, gentle, and skillful vascular surgeon. I hope he stays in this area for a long time. He's the BEST!!!

My Experience With Dr. Rahimi… I want to start this review off by saying that a growth was discovered in my lower pelvis area 10 months ago. It turned out to be a tumor, which was also affecting my female reproductive organs. After being passed around from doctor to doctor and having a myriad of tests performed on me, I finally found an amazing OB who was willing to do a complete abdominal hysterectomy, with removal of said tumor with the help of Dr. Rahimi from Mission Surgical Clinic. I had one appointment with Dr. Rahimi, for which I waited well over an hour for. I waited so long in a room, at one point a nurse came in and asked “oh, you’re still here?”. Dr. Rahimi finally came in to start his examination, with no apology for his tardiness. He was very dry and to the point, but it didn’t matter as I needed a surgeon and would go with anyone at this point. He even tried telling me that removing my tumor would not alleviate me of any of my symptoms that I was currently experiencing and basically made me feel like I was wasting my time and bothering him. With my husband by my side, we were told how the surgery would go. Several weeks passed by and I received conflicting information from my OB’s office on how the operation would go. When I called Dr. Rahimi and spoke to him to get some clarification, I was spoken to in manner that was beyond unprofessional. I understand that doctors are not required to hold your hand through these things, but a little care and empathy would go a long way. I hung up on Dr. Rahimi after he made the callous remark that if I had a problem with things, then he suggests seeking out a plastic surgeon after my surgery to deal with it. Forty eight hours before my scheduled surgery I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Rahimi’s office stating that he was canceling my surgery. I tried calling his office multiple times to find out what was going on and he refused to speak to me. My husband called, again, he refused to speak to him. My OB even tried calling Dr. Rahimi for 2 days straight, even going so far as to go to the hospital where he performs surgery to try to catch him in person, and again, he dodged even a fellow doctor. Thankfully, my amazing OB team was able to proceed with my full abdominal hysterectomy and were so skillful, they were able to remove my tumor, as well. Dr. Rahimi’s arrogance and his ego could have caused so much damage. Not only did he cancel a very serious, a very major surgery 48 hours before it was scheduled, but to not even have the professional courtesy to respond to another doctor is appalling to me. Dr. Rahimi will make you feel stupid. Dr. Rahimi will make you feel small. Dr. Rahimi will make you feel like you are crazy. Choose anyone else over him. Another doctor at that practice, if you MUST go there. Choose another practice entirely if you’re able to. But choose anyone but him. I am 6 days post op and even though I am still recovering from major surgery and have stitches, I have less pain now than I did before my surgery. Little by little, the symptoms I was dealing with before, have started to subside. I am feeling BETTER! I urge you to look into his credentials as he is a bariatric surgeon with a degree from the Caribbean. In the medical community, that is very important. On one very small, positive note, I will say that Jasmine, their front desk clerk, did try her best to help me through this whole process and I do greatly appreciate the help she was able to give me. As far as Dr. Rahimi goes, I hope he sees this review. I hope the rest of his staff sees this review. I hope someone takes what I say seriously. The next person may not have the same outcome I did.

Their staff and the doctor friendly knowledgeable on lymphedema not too much I'm a breast cancer survivor with lymphedema on my right arm and it's already to the point where I'm in the latter stages and only thing that can get done is either lymph node transfer or liposuction do you know what the doctor recommended for me to rip my skin off and get skin graphs or see if UCLA can do something for me do not go if you have lymphedema he is only good for Verichal veins can you believe that if he was knowledgeable about lymphedema he would know that any kind of cuts scrapes can cause a severe infection that could cause septic which I can lose my life his doctors ridiculous didn't even bother touching my I'm looking at it didn't suggest any test just suggested that I rip my skin off and put skin graphs

My mom had a post op appointment today with Dr. Vega at 3:15pm, we didn’t leave the place til 5:30pm. Let me just say that the one star is not for the doctor I understand he can run late and be behind, and believe it or not I didn’t mind that waiting it was the receptionist that was rude and unprofessional. I asked her how much longer will my mom be seen at 3:45pm, we checked in at 3:00pm. She said our appointment was at 3:30pm and I showed her the text Miriam (the surgery scheduler) sent that my mom was scheduled at 3:15pm. Her response was “I don’t know what she told you, but she’s scheduled at 3:30pm.” Already with an attitude. We proceeded to wait for an hour and halfway through I asked again how much longer and asked her if she can ask the nurse because she’s done it for other patients. Again, her demeanor was unprofessional. If your office is running late, the last thing you want to do is be rude to the patients that are waiting and give them attitude. It was uncalled for. I know it was out of her control but she could've been more polite instead of acting like we’re bothering her for no reason. I wish I had gotten her name. She’s a petite hispanic girl with braces. She’s one of the lady you check in with.

I think they may have overbooked today. I dropped off the patient for a follow up exam on time. The appointment was at 3:45pm. It is now 5:30pm with the no sign of the patient. I could have gone to Trader Joe's and back by now, for the love of God!!

Have experienced horrible service. When trying to speak with someone in compliance, no one answers, a voicemail comes on saying to send an email. So, I sent an email and received a response that messages to that email is blocked. If I could I would give a zero stars.

This location sucks!! First visit we were there over 3 hours and accomplished nothing. Rescheduled... this appointment is just as bad. Waiting in a packed lobby still and it's been an hour and a half. Patients are not getting called back. The front staff is very social but definitely the most inefficient office I've ever been to. Maybe if they quit playing around, laughing and ordering food they would get something done... this is the worst!! I overheard a staff member say the loma linda location gets less patients, I'm going there.
