When I called Mission Pools to ask about what it might take to install a lap pool in our new backyard, Dennis Miramontes went above and beyond to answer our questions and even connect us with a great landscape architect for the rest of our project as well. Dennis really took the time to understand our goals and suggest ways to make our dream a reality. We’ve been very impressed with the level of professionalism and care we’ve received from the Mission Pools team!
Mission Pools built my pool about 2 years ago - nice pool. I called them out about a leak coming from the salt chlorinator they recently replaced -- they came out and fixed the leak.
The *next* morning when I turned on the spa, it drained into the pool. So I called Mission Pools, I was sure it must be a valve left in a different position after the repair. Person on the phone said no, tech didn't touch any valves -- we'll have to charge you to come out. I said, really?? Your guy was just out, nobody but the tech touched my pool in the past 12 hours, what's the deal? They insisted that I would be charged to fix this problem.
I said that's ridiculous!! I'll call someone else. Bottom line: My pool cleaner came out and *turned one valve* adjacent to the salt chlorinator to fix the problem, no charge.
So I called Mission Pools to tell them it definitely was what I thought, that they left a valve in an incorrect position...... And they STILL insisted their tech didn't touch any valves. What a joke, will never use them again!!!
Mission Pools is the most reputable pool business in the San Diego area and back up by their outstanding pool building quality and warranty. Ricky and his crew made it possible for us to build our dream pool. Mission Pools is the only one I trusted to build in our property. Big thanks to the entire staff from Mission Pools.

Every person who came on my property was absolutely professional . Danny who was job foreman was great , allways answering my questions .
Ryan thankyou for the waterfall design from picking out the rocks himself to make it special. Thankyou again for exceeding expectations and making it happen. By the way they also had straight forward pricing that was more than competitive.
If you want to be spoken too in an extremely rude manner, and spend twice as much as with literally any other pool company, than you should use Mission. If you’re not insane, I recommend you use anyone but them. They must not need business, since they are actively trying to scare potential business off
Mission pools started building my pool and jacuzzi. The digging crew was very professional and clean, followed by a professional re-bar metal team which was then followed by a very professional, careful and detail oriented plumbing team all of which I closely monitored. So far excellent, Tiling crew and coping crew are to start next and I will post another review for that team's outcome. Thank you Fred E.

Spectacular work and service I am compelled to post when I read some things online that cannot be true. Not one complaint in eighteen years. No one is better in Southern California
From our first meeting with Dawn our designer to the completion of our amazing pool, this experience has been more then we could have ever expected.
