We had an early dinner here. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, my friend had the basil stir fry with tiger prawn. We also ordered the lychee mocktails and the sticky rice with mango dessert. Everything was delicious. They are very strict here with the rules though, on the menu it states that they don’t do any exchanges and that food items are final sale, meaning if you get something that you don’t like and return it, you still have to pay for it. The waiter, Sean, was really nice, but there was another guy that had blush on his nose, that was a bit rude and not patient when we asked about the menu. The place is decorated nicely and the ambiance is nice.

Misc is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants in Brooklyn. I took myself here on a solo-date here and had the best dinner . I loved the beautiful cozy restaurant aesthetic and the food and drinks were amazing.
I dined around happy hour and there were great drinks specials with $10 drinks . I enjoyed the tasty appetizers , and the entrees were perfect. I had the Lava Fish (loved the sweet & spicy flavor combo) , and the Panang Curry was one of the best I’ve ever had. The hospitality here is also great . Misc is really a nice dining experience perfect for any occasion.

I was just one person waiting to be served. They knew I was waiting. I wasn’t even rushing them to wait on me. They said they would get to me but kept on helping other people. I was just one and walked out without eating.

After reviewing our security footage, we found that yesterday afternoon was extremely busy. The restaurant was full, including the back area, and we only had one server on duty at the time. She was doing her best to manage all guests and was serving customers in the order they were seated.
We understand that you were waiting, and we’re sorry for the frustration that caused. When our staff asked you to wait, it was not because you were being ignored, but because there were other guests who had arrived before you and were also waiting to be served. Jumping ahead in the queue could have created further issues for other customers.

Had an amazing dining experience at MISC Thai Restaurant! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. The Green Fish Curry was rich and perfectly balanced, the Crispy Pork Belly Basil Fried Rice was indulgent and full of depth, and the Shrimp Summer Rolls were fresh and light. The Sriracha Chicken Wings had the perfect kick — spicy, crispy, and addictive!
The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. If you’re in New York and craving authentic Thai flavors, this spot is a must-visit! 🌿🍤🔥

I had a very uncomfortable experience ordering delivery from this restaurant tonight. I paid for my order with my card but did not add a tip on the card because I planned to tip the driver in cash.
Shortly after placing the order, the restaurant called me asking how I planned to tip the delivery driver. I was honestly very confused and caught off guard by this question. I’ve worked in the service industry myself and currently run my own business, so I absolutely understand the importance of tipping and always make sure to take care of service workers.
However, being told that my order could not be sent out for delivery unless a tip was added was extremely unprofessional. As a paying customer, how and when I choose to tip is my preference. You don’t know if someone plans to tip in cash, and it’s inappropriate to call a customer and question them about tipping before the service has even been completed.
The way this situation was handled made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. Unfortunately, they’ve lost a customer.

Our restaurant does not charge a delivery fee. Drivers rely entirely on tips to be compensated for bringing food to customers’ doors. If no tip is indicated, many drivers simply will not accept the delivery. We cannot force drivers to work for free, just as we cannot force customers to tip.
For that reason, our staff made a brief call to confirm how the driver would be compensated so the order could actually be delivered. That is not “unprofessional” — it is simply how delivery logistics work.
Since you mentioned that you work in the service industry and run your own business, we would expect this to be fairly straightforward.
If the situation truly made you uncomfortable, you had multiple opportunities to cancel the order. You could have cancelled when our staff called to confirm. You also could have refused the order when the driver arrived.
Instead, you accepted the food and then called back to verbally attack our staff, repeatedly using the F-word while demanding a refund. That behavior speaks for itself.
We take pride in treating our customers with respect, and we expect the same courtesy toward our staff. Thank you for letting us know you will not be ordering again — we believe that is the best outcome for everyone involved.

the food was delicious !! and the service from beev was top tier !! I can’t recommend this place more and also the lunch special is a steal !!

Consistently delicious food, good drinks, welcoming staff, and a nice ambience. I highly recommend the green curry (for a unique take with avocado and pineapple) and the drunken noodles! The sriracha wings are also especially good

⭐️ lychee delight has a strong lychee flavor. Slightly sour at first and then finishes with a sweet and soft aftertaste. Thai tea is good as expected
👍 Franklin wings have a great mix of sweet and spicy with crispy skin and tender meat; Strom seafood is fresh and leans toward the sour side. The duck is really impressive! Juicy, tender, and not greasy at all. Fried rice can get a bit spicy. We recommend people share bc portions are large and the flavors can feel kinda simple and limited but overall it’s a great spot
On a day of heavy rain,all i was craving was a comforting bowl of hot soup and a satisfying meal and the immediately brought me to MISC,one of the best thai restaurants in Brooklyn.
If you visit,you absolutely cannot miss their new dish,MAMA J’O.This incredible bowl of tom yum is loaded with seafood,crispy pork belly,and delicious Wava noodles.The broth is perfectly balanced with the classic bold tom yum flavors that you’ll instantly fall in love with.
My friend also ordered a small bowl of soup that we had never tried anywhere before.if was a traditional clear broth tom yum soup,rich yet refreshing,with the bright aroma of fresh lemongrass and thai herbs.it tasted incredibly authentic.
Every thing about today felt perfect.the food,the cozy atmosphere of the restaurants,and the comfort of enjoying such amazing dishes on a rainy day.
The service here is also excellent.All the staff are friendly,attentive,and very welcoming.The restaurant includes an 18% service charge, which clearly communicates.When we paid,The staff kindly explained that tipping extra was not necessary,which I thought was very thoughtful of them.
This place has truly become one of my favorite restaurants, and i will definitely come back.
I had an amazing experience at MISC Thai cuisine in Brooklyn!!!! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted like authentic Thai.Our server,BEE, provided outstanding service.explained every dish in detail,including the ingredients and story behind the dish,which made the experience even more special.He was also very thoughtful and ask if i had any food allergies before ordering,which I really appreciated
The staff were incredibly attentive,friendly,and welcoming.The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm,modern,and very comfortable.
Overall,everything from the food to the service was excellent.I will definitely come back again.
My friends frequently come here and brought me here tonight. I ordered Tom Yum soup(the small size) and clarified with my waiter my order. They brought me lemon grass soup and I immediately told them that it was not Tom Yum soup, but the waiter gave me chili sauce and told me I can make Tom Yum with it. I declined and told him to take it back, they refused to take it off my receipt and stated that once you place an order, they can’t take it back(even if they got the order wrong). The manger(I believe that’s his role) was being sassy and gave me attitude. After several attempts to resolve the issue, they eventually took it off. Although the food is really good, the service does not match. Very rude manager
