Just fabulous!
☺ I absolutely love this place! I came here 'pre pandemic' and loved it then and if possible, whilst remaining largely as it was, it is even more excellent. It is just the most glorious retreat in a lovely part of the coast line. The service levels just could not have been better and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Una struttura dove si può soggiornare in libertà ed in relax!
☺Praticamente tutto, personale molto cordiale, camere pulite e soprattutto l’accesso diretto sulla spiaggia dell’oceano. All’interno del resort una grande pace e tranquillità di poter godere della piscina e dei vari dehors.

☺La disponibilidad del personal de recepción a modificar todo lo que le solicitamos. El desayuno y la cena también muy bien,

☹El servicio de la piscina, sobretodo para pedir una cerveza o algo de comer muy lento. Había un solo camarero que no llegaba a todos los rincones de la zona de piscina

pas parfait
☺le lieu est magnifique. la décoration recherchée. les parties communes sont superbe, le personnel d’accueil, notamment la gouvernante qui est adorable, plein de petites attentions, nous avons été chouchouté.
☹la chambre vieillotte qui a besoin d’un coup de frais
la douche plus petite que les toilettes
le lit double qui est deux lit simple avec un trou au milieu
la Clim bruyante qui se coupe quand on sort de la chambre
la mauvaise qualité des produits du petit dej et du snack. pas de jus d’orange fraîchement pressé, club sandwich ridicule, produits médiocre et préparé sans amour…
la mauvaise qualité de service dans les restaurants (on vous sert les cocktails après le plat, deux plats pas en même temps)
le webchecking qui au final ne sert à rien, on le refait à l’accueil
tout ça n’est pas bien grave, mais à 800euros la nuit ça doit être parfait !
