Have washed my car here multiple times and they have gone above and beyond when I had issues with the finish of my car due to another detailing shop.
One of the best places to get your car and also your rims cleaned. Add a shine which lasts for weeks with the waxing they do, the car will always looks good when you leave.
Disappointing and dishonest business. Says opened till 3am, tried contacting to get pricing 5 times, before the staff replied the following day. Yet again, with a dishonest pricing. Snow wash listed on carousell 19 hours ago states $15, then the admin replies with a photo saying now it starts from $25. When finally asked again, she says they only do Wash and Wax - quoting me $62. What a joke. Didn't know the pricing of washes inflates faster than Usain Bolt's sprint.
Wanted to give Ministry of Detailing a try for car wash for the first time knowing that the outlet is open till late, 3am. So we drop by at 11.15pm.
Approached the staff and inform we are here for a car wash. Surprisingly, the staff answered us politely that they are not able to accept our request. The staff shared that the shop are fully occupied with polishing works on some cars. I can see that there are three cars in the shop however, there was no queue.
The staff suggested we get the car washed at a nearby car wash shop which is a few units away. We appreciated the suggestion however, we drove off to our preferred car wash outlet.
We came here to try the quality of the car wash but was disappointed that our request was turned down.
