Excellent food and service. Some distance to the room in the garden wing but all under cover and you can drive cases round. Impressed by Jack at breakfast time, quietly keeping everything clean and shipshape.
Only negative was that the spa/pool availability times were limited due to swimming classes so it was difficult to fit in around mealtimes and we weren't aware until we arrived and checked in. Okay probably if you're staying more than one night.
Beautiful grounds, would have been lovely for a walk if more time and weather better.
