As my previous reviews below, once again no hassle with order or delivery. Requested a delivery not before date for me to be prepared. Communication good.

Another delivery made since writing below comments.. A 10% breakage on slabs is normal and only one of 40 had a crack and will be used for a couple of cuts, mostly all will be whole. As it happens I added one extra just in case..

MGP have been used several times, each without a problem.
Website easy to navigate.
Good range of products with decent prices, equivalent or better than others.
Delivery price is good and obviously free over a certain value.
Date for delivery always given a few days in advance.
Drivers are always both friendly and helpful, dropping the delivery where possible with the Hiab.
Give them a look..

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The company did not deliver my order as promised, and nobody reached out to inform me about the delay. I had to call myself to find out what was going on, and only then was I told that the delivery had been postponed for another two days. This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable, especially when customers are expecting timely service. I hope the company improves its customer service and delivery process in the future. I’m waiting for my refund.
