This was a big job because of the heavy furniture in the room and mold damage in the floor. Millena supplied the movers to get everything out of the room then showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. They repaired the mold portion by replacing the flooring that needed it, they sanded and removed the mold stain where needed.. Then refinished the entire floor by sanding down to the bare wood then using clear finish (3 coats) to make the entire floor beautiful. The room is much brighter and warm looking. Looks like it was brand new. The movers are scheduled to move everything back into the room as soon as the floor is dried and set. Since they used a water based finish the drying and set time is very short. We are very satisfied. The whole job from start to finish took 7 days including the movers.
