My husband and I visited Cape Town recently with our two school-aged children and wanted to have a taste of Africa culinary experience. We were expecting a light tasting menu, but Chef Milka delivered a true pan-African feast! It was more food that we could have ever eaten in one sitting and every bit was truly fresh, delicious and prepared with a tremendous about of care and attention. Milka and her husband showed up hours before dinner to prep for our meal and the aromas when we arrived home to our rented villa made us anticipate our meal even more. Not only was the food delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and Chef Milka and her husband, who assisted her during the evening made for wonderful in-home chefs. We enjoyed learning about their stories, families and backgrounds and appreciated that they did an impeccable job cleaning up after our meal. Thank you again Chef Milka for making our dinner at home unforgettable!
