Having spent thousands of pounds with Midland Skip Hire this year, they have turned around, with little notice, to inform me they will no longer be covering our area. Fine, its a business decision, I understand. They said our existing skip would be collected before Christmas. Called today, actually it won't be collected until next year! Thank you very much.

So I’ve gone into yard to Que up for Weighbridge which in mind has 3 trucks in front of me to be told no, it can’t be 1 rule for 1 another rule for another it’s not so easy to park an artic up, think the the man on the Weighbridge needs customer service corse or a new job,

Very friendly service, but I can't get my full skip picked up for love nor money. 3 weeks of trying now, including tonight where I was told it was "just unloading then on its way". Its now 7pm, so a little sceptical. UPDATE: Skip has now been collected after another call from me at 7.30am this morning. Very friendly again. Just wish I hadn't been chasing for 3 weeks to get it picked up. Worth adding, that this isn't the first time I have hired from MSH, and last time I don't recall any issues.
