Highly recommend for clean carpets Excellent carpet clean are living room carpet was dirty for my dog we concerted Midlands clean and they came over to Stourbridge and gave us a quote same day and next day they cleaned our living room copy came up quite good really surprised highly recommend I wouldn't waste my time calling another company

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Midlands Carpet Cleaners, owned by Jermaine Johnson. From start to finish, the service was far below acceptable standards. The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and at times his language was offensive and inappropriate. As a customer, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable due to his attitude and manner of speaking. The actual carpet cleaning work was messy and poorly done. The job lacked attention to detail, and the results did not match what was promised. Despite the low-quality work, I was shocked when he demanded an excessive amount of money, far more than what was initially discussed or reasonable for the service provided. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for the customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Midlands Carpet Cleaners to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other carpet cleaning companies that value professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction.

with children and 3 rotties our carpets really needed a clean , with it being just after Xmas I didn't think I'd be able to get booked in, booked in with ease and a deposit , my god our carpets now look like we have had new ones put down ! impressed doesn't come close , prices are really good , good communication, bloke was lovely , told us about deep cleans and how often we should have them cleaned , will definitely be using them again, highly recommend them carpets look brand new and smell lovely will be back in June for another clean
