Traded in my 2021 ram 1500 classic for jeep wrangler Rubicon, Leigh was the sales person I dealt with and everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

Great service and communication! We live over two hours away, and dealt with Brian the entire time. He was fantastic with communicating with text and phone calls. When we arrived to test drive and buy the Jeep, everything was ready to go. I would recommend Brian and the team!
Unfortunately about a month after driving the vehicle, the muffler fell apart from rust, it was in hanging in two pieces. We contacted the dealership with pictures of the condition of the muffler. After waiting a few weeks, we were informed there wasn’t anything they could do. Even though the dealership was the one who provided the safety on it. I was told I could take it to the Ontario Service portal. During that time, we also had to pay for a steering wheel bushing, because of the “death wobble” that occurred while I was driving on the highway for work. Very disappointed in how the dealership handled these issues.

Overpriced on parts they sell
I went in for a tire change to winter tires and left with “4WD” light on and odometer flashing ($80). I was told that the vehicle had to be scanned (at a cost of $179.95) I said none of that was happening until after my tire swap, shrugged his shoulders and said they couldn’t do anything about it until I had the scan. I was extremely frustrated by this and just walked out. I am a senior and winter is upon us and I now have winter tires but my 4WD does not work, beyond frustrated with this dealership
First time buyers from Midland Chrysler. Chris was great and so helpful. He made the process so easy and accommodated us with our time. Not pushy at all. That's what I like. Candice in finance was excellent too. So easy to talk too. Definitely alot more stress free and less pushy then another local company I bought from. Thanks so much to them! Not to mention the prices were great!
Sent an e mail one day in advance booking a time 11AM, showed up and Leigh was at the front desk talking to receptionist, I asked did he get my booking, UH no no time to read it , so I asked what about today , no answer. Sat down with him and said you are advertising a premium sound system on the truck, but I have the build sheet with me nothing on there? no answer, went to see the truck, had a large scratch though the paint into the primer, had a very large dent behind the passenger door, when questioned he gave the normal sales man response well that's reflected in the price, wow sorry I am not that stupid, your price is well over black book, gave up and went home so $30.00 in gas and a 2 hour drive to find out they are the typical misleading car dealer. Based on my knowledge the cost to fix it up properly would be around the $2,000.00 mark.
They charge lots of $$$ for things you don't need at all make sure to get a second opinion before giving them to do any work, I did and saved $2000.
I would advise against dealing with these people. They send out 'fake' warranty letters that describe known issues with vehicles, when you arrive they explaine that they will take a look, but if it's not the part the warranty covers they will have to give a quote to fix. The warranty statement perfectly describes the issue, but it ends up being another piece of the system that is broken, not the exact part under warranty, so they have a big fee to diagnose. They then quoted over $1000 to repair the part that was broken which I refused. I went to another local repair shop and with diagnostics and repair it was under $200 - nearly the cost of their diagnostic report.
Dealership didn’t rise up to ‘dealership expectations’ with regard to a flawless repair. Thank you for helping me to flush $1500 down the drain.

EDIT: You don't get it. Maybe your dealer principal doesn't care, but you left this as a lose-lose. My experience at Midland Chrysler’s service department today was appalling. It was the most vile and disgusting dealer experience that I have ever had. After spending $1500 on rear only brakes last November, on a caravan, it came to my attention in a month that the right side was leaking fluid. I took the van back and they corrected the problem no charge and told me that it was a faulty caliper. 9 months later I noticed the left side was leaking after my brake pedal travelled farther than normal. The leak is slow, so I really don’t know when it started leaking. Upon inspection, they told me that it was basically my own fault for putting aftermarket calipers and they wanted me to pay the labour on swapping out the garbage parts they installed. Midland Chrysler, you sold me those calipers and people inherently trust the dealer for repairs, so I never questioned your work. Today they told me that we would have had the conversation about aftermarket parts prior to the repair in November - to that I say, I don’t remember. Maybe we did Midland Chrysler, but what difference does it make, when both calipers that YOU recommended and installed had flaws that caused them to leak??? That’s 2 calipers replaced and 2 leaking calipers. You fixed the first one and told me it was your fault. What changed in your business procedures that you wouldn’t fix the second one? I’ve been driving for 35 years and the only brake fluid that I have leaked is out of a rusty steel brake line. How often do calipers leak? Let me answer that, they rarely leak until some horrible supplier had quality issues. This is an obvious defect and today you chose not to stand up and do the right thing. You may as well called me a fool for spending $1500 last November – it wouldn’t have surprised me, because you were wrong in your choice today. Two other mechanics that I deal with for repairs knew very well about these recent history problems with calipers leaking and so did you Midland Chrysler. And this is really what we are talking about here. Known defects that you are well aware of and still it is somehow supposed to be my burden to pay for your work twice.
With 2 businesses and personal cars, I own over a dozen vehicles. I am not an fool and you took me for one. The fact that you told me in January, there was a problem with your choice of calipers, tells me today that you did the wrong thing today. It’s terrible that you have to deal with these faulty parts, but that’s business, and its not my problem. When you make a mistake, you correct it, learn from the experience and most importantly, keep the customer. It’s the number one rule at my place of business and you did none of this. In fact, you probably think I am the problem judging by the way you tossed me the key onto your counter. Take a holiday or something, its really not worth losing customers over stupid crap like this. FWIW, when I went in to pick it up, they tried to charge me for a brake inspection. Again, just to remind you Midland Chrysler, you installed parts that have an industry wide known defect. I didn’t pay the bill and there was no conversation about this fee, I feel like it was a slap in the face for me not agreeing to keep paying you until you get the job done right. Also, when I left, I got back into the van and still the brake fluid was low and the brake pedal traveled too far. One would think that for the “brake inspection $90”, they would have topped up the fluid rather than send it out the door in a dangerous state. Midland Chrysler, you have the done the shortest lasting and most expensive 2-wheel brake job ever and I have to now pay to get this fixed. Pads are contaminated so I may as well change them too. It’s too small of a town to do things like this and as much as I would like to say all the best, that is not at all what I am thinking. I am too stunned with disbelief over the actions of Midland Chrysler today and I wont be back.

Hi Rob, we’re sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify a couple of points regarding your repair.
When this started over nine months ago, the Mopar calipers your van required were on back order with no ETA. Since you needed the vehicle back on the road quickly, we discussed the options with you and together agreed that using aftermarket parts was the best solution at the time. We explained the warranty differences, including that the manufacturer warranty on these parts covers the part itself but not the labour. You chose to proceed with the aftermarket option so we could complete the repair right away.
A few months later, when the first caliper failed, the part was fully covered under warranty, and we also covered 100% of the labour as a goodwill gesture. Now, nine months after the original repair, the other caliper has failed. Once again, the part is fully covered under warranty. While the manufacturer does not cover labour on aftermarket parts, we offered to split the labour 50/50 as a further goodwill gesture.
We understand how frustrating repeat issues can be, and our team has done our best to balance fairness to you with the realities of the warranty terms. We stand by our commitment to cover the part in full and to assist with half the labour costs.
