Omg. This was lush. Nice and quiet, the hot tub was really nice, we even sat in the chairs at night with the fire n blanket over us toasting marshmallows just listening to the sheep. Ha. The shower is nice and powerful. Will definitely come back here.

Great location, fab unique place to stay. Very close to Alnwick and set in lovely fields. Good amount of privacy and the hot tub was awesome!

We had a fantastic few days, and the Moonraker was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely go back 😁

If you looking for something in the middle of nowhere it is the perfect place, It’s a beautiful spot with a lovely hot tub and very clean and relaxing

Amazing stay here! So peaceful, lovely and remote while being close to many Northumberland attractions. Hot tub is a highlight, beds are very comfy! Highly recommend

My family of four (3yo and 22mo) absolutely loved our stay on miss ellie. Beautiful views of the sea, clean and tidy, all the basic amenities covered. The hot tub was prepared lovely and warm for our arrival. Perfect size for our family and the beds were SO comfortable. Only downside was that it was windy - we can’t control the weather though! But it is situated up near a wind farm so is probably a windier area than others! But it didn’t stop us getting in the hot tub or toasting marshmallows (kindly provided by our hosts!) we will most certainly be recommending it to friends - and will be coming back. It’s great value, an unusual (and comfortable) setting, in a perfect location for exploring Northumberland. Thank you for a fantastic stay middlemoor farm. See you again soon!

Found the Moonraker barge by accident when looking for accommodation for a night away- so pleased I did! What a fantastic and unique get away. Jane was really helpful when I contacted her. The barge itself was great, really clean and functional it had everything we needed! It was really cosy and warm too. We rented the hot tub, unfortunately for us it was gale force winds and so we only managed to be in it for a really short time which was a shame but at night the sky is amazing so worth sitting in the wind for!!! If you have never used a wood fired hot tub before definitely look at instructions on how to keep it warm!!! This was a great stay we would definitely come back maybe in the summer to get good use of the bbq and outside space.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we absolutely loved it. The place was clean and well decorated, and the host came over to check on us to make sure we were set up well. A little welcome gift of some food and tea was lovely. The hot tub was amazing and the scenery was stunning. They were also happy to Come back to the hut at 8:30 to help Us with the hot tub after we accidentally let the fire go out. The place is stunning, peaceful and easy to access with a very comfy and clean cabin. Would recommend this to everyone and we will definitely be going back, definitely for my birthday and hopefully before. Was worth every penny for the view in the morning alone.

Fab place. Easy to find. So cosy inside the Pod and it had everything there you would need. Nice hot shower. Comfortable couch and chair. Glad they had USB ports as forgot plug for phone charger. Shortbread and marshmallows on arrival. Bath robes. Very nice touch. Comfortable bed. Very quiet spot. Great views. Fab hot tub. Enjoyed sitting in it star gazing and enjoying the snow blowing through. They heat it up before you arrive. Met Jane as we arrived slightly early. Very nice lady. Lots of lovely places to visit. Craster is a nice place to visit with lovely, friendly pub and good food overlooking sea. We stayed for 1 night. A last minute decision. So glad we did. We loved it and would highly recommend. Well worth the money. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning pod in an equally stunning location!! Fern pod has all mod cons inside and possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The pod is in its own private grounds with a decent size garden (and outdoor furniture) and from the wood fired hot tub there are views across the countryside. I had a problem with the temperature of the hot tub in that it was dangerously hot to just get into (luckily it was only my foot i submerged initially), however after a quick text to the owners, they advised to top the tub up with cold water from the hose next to the tub so problem solved! There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, so if you are booked enjoy it and remember to take your own along (which I had!). Pods are also pet friendly. I had a thoroughly relaxing and chilled out night and would love to return to stay at some of the other fantastic accommodation that Middlemoor Farm offer with my family!

Stayed in Moonraker for two nights and it was brilliant. Hot tub had been lit before we got there and the accommodation was super. Nobody about it was very peaceful and relaxing we defiantly stay again.

Fantastic special night away. Well heated and plenty of space for 5 adults. Everything we needed was provided, including a very well equipped kitchen and towelling robes for the hot tub. Jane had pre-lit the hot tub for us before we arrived, which was lovely, even on a dark, wet night in Northumberland. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in Fern and as a first time Glamper we have been spoilt, words can't describe how amazing this place is, I didn't want to leave. Due to all the little touches you can tell the owners love what they do and take great pride in what they do. The bed was very comfortable and the towels fluffy, the pod was never cold despite been there in the snow. Good space around the pod for the dog to run around, views are amazing, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed just the one night on the Moonraker this weekend as a mother daughter treat we make time to do every couple of month's. We enjoyed the wood burning hot tub and toasting marshmallows at the firepit before just relaxing in our compact but cosy narrow boat for the night. Would stay again and recommend to anyone who likes to try different things

we had a lovely stay in fern , the complimentary biscuits and marshmallows were a lovely touch and were very yummy. The pod in its self was immaculate and very spacious inside . the weather was a shame but that’s just england. we loved sitting in the hot tub in the rain it was an lovely and peaceful . the only fault we had it wasn’t very well sign posted but after a while we found our way ! we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back thank you so much

An absolute delight! Stayed here for a couple of nights in late October and it’s so much more than glamping! The pod is lovely, very comfortable and inviting away from the weather but we couldn’t resist the superb hot tub even if it was windy and raining! Will be back. Thank you Jane, just what we needed!
