I could not be more pleased with the work that Michael Grimm’s folks completed on our property this week. This project was completed in cold snowy conditions and involved laying down a ton of stone mulch after removing huge amounts of existing bark mulch, paper, etc. The edging, burying of drainage pipes and thorough over-seeding resulted in a beautiful finished landscaping piece of art.
All the activities were completed reflecting a very high degree of expertise and care. These guys really take pride in their work and it’s reflected in the final product. The entire crew did a very good job, but I need to single out Mike who was on the project from start to finish. He is really outstanding and explained their activities from start to finish and answered all of my questions in detail. Thank you for a job very well done!!

Never hired them. Was talking to a co worker of theirs through Facebook who works for the company the words he decided to exchange with me were so unprofessional and so rude I ended the discussion and for a future little advice. Respect and professionalism goes a very long way. Disgusted by this. After being spoken to that which I have the saved conversation I will never do business anyone or a company that lets their employees be reps for the company that are that disrespectful and that unprofessional

It was a great deal of work to be be done! Trees to be taken down and removed and entire property of leaves (20+ trees worth) to be removed. Both teams worked diligently to get the property ready for winter weather, cleared of debris and in timely fashion. Going out of their way to make sure the customer was pleased with end result! Very polite to interact and work with! Highly recommend !!!

Pat and Matt were extremely helpful in estimating the job fairly, explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. And as the work proceeded, they made adjustments as needed and explained each step of the way. Pat was especially helpful and courteous, because the work involved excavation and drainage work close to my foundation on a 100 year old house. Pat finished the job efficiently and thoroughly within 2 days. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and the results.

Clayton, Taylor, and Jared did the most remarkable job removing a rotted 75 ft. Box Elder from the property next door owned by Syracuse University.
Prompt, very friendly, well mannered, and well equipped crew that caused absolutely no damage or danger to myself or property at any time
Excellent cleanup and the entire operation took under 2 hours
This company has an incomparable reputation in this area and the job and crew were a testament to that.

I highly recommend Michael Grimms crew to handle your landscaping needs! My husband and I were very pleased with their knowledge of plants/bushes, upkeep of landscaping, suggestions, professionalism, work ethic, etc. They removed a ton of over crowded plants, pruning, leaf blowing, tall grass maintenance and so forth. We can’t say enough about the team that worked on our property!

I'm thrilled with the high quality work that Darren and Jeremy did designing a beautiful hosta border and creative walkway in my backyard.
