Centro veramente efficiente.
In seguito a frattura della tibia di mia figlia cercavo con urgenza una sedia a rotelle. Sono arrivata in 10 minuti era disponibile e con prezzi accessibilissimi. Non posso che consigliare qiesta struttura. Grazie.

I got injured while in Italy and couldn’t walk. This company saved the day with exactly what I needed a small light weight and foldable wheelchair and delivered to my hotel room. Mirianne and the transporter were awesome! Communicated on whats app. Fantastic service!
What a fantastic service. My husband is an amputee and can walk but not long distances however taking flights with mobility scooters is so stressful so we took a chance on travelling without one. We arrived in Florence on the Monday and by the end of the day we realised we needed a scooter. We contacted MIA Medical Italia at 4pm and by lunchtime the next day we had a mobility scooter delivered to the apartment we were staying at. The scooter itself was fantastic - worked like a dream, comfortable and really easy to manoeuvre. The scooter was collected just before we got a taxi to the airport. The service provided by Mia Medical Italia was genuinely incredible. No hassle or fuss, we contacted them and told them our predicament and they almost immediately had a solution for us. No fuss or hassle. Without them we would not have had such a fantastic time in Florence and this service is just so brilliant and important that the word needs to be spread to the wider international disability community.
We rented a mobility scooter from Mia Medical Italia for my mother during our trip to Italy, and the entire experience was wonderful. They arranged delivery directly to our hotel in advance of our arrival, so the scooter was waiting and ready for immediate use when we began our stay. At the end of our trip, they also picked it up directly from the hotel, making the entire rental process incredibly convenient.
The scooter itself was clean, in excellent condition, and extremely easy to use. It folded easily for transportation, and the built-in wheels made it simple to roll back and forth when folded, which made handling it much easier than I expected. We transported it in different vehicles without difficulty.
I was particularly impressed by how well it handled different surfaces. Even thin gravel was manageable, which was a pleasant surprise and gave us much more flexibility while sightseeing.
The battery life was exceptional. During approximately ten days of light use, we never needed to recharge it! A charging cable was provided, of course, but we never actually had to use it.
Most importantly, having the scooter made an enormous difference in my mother’s ability to comfortably enjoy our vacation and gave her much more independence. It allowed us to see and do considerably more than we otherwise could have.
Communication with Mia Medical Italia was friendly, responsive, and accommodating from beginning to end. Traveling internationally with mobility needs can add another layer of logistics, but they made this part of our trip completely effortless.
I would absolutely recommend Mia Medical Italia to anyone visiting Italy who needs mobility assistance. Professional, dependable, convenient, and genuinely helpful. Thank you for helping make our trip so much easier and more enjoyable! ❤️
Do not use this company I ended up not using they're service because my trip to Rome got canceled and they still want to charge me for a service I didn't use. Scam artists! I didn't even sign the contract they filled it out without my consent then said I agreed to the service. There is major fraud happening. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Great to have the wheelchair delivered to the hotel but would be better if it was delivered the day earlier as requested . But no complaints about the actual chair which was very useful .. thank you . For the small refund for the delivery mix up

I’m from the U.S., traveling in Florence, Italy, needed a wheelchair for my Mom. Located MIA Italia via Gemini, chose the wheelchair I needed from their vast online catalog, booked completely and easily via What’s App. They were so professional, friendly & helpful, made it so easy. Unfortunately I don’t speak Italian, but that was no problem as they understood English. I loved how I had a choice as to whether I wanted to pick up the chair myself (very convenient location very close to Florence airport) or have it delivered then picked up. All worked out perfectly and the chair was brand new! I whole heartedly recommend MIA Italia for any medical equipment you may need!

Normally the drop off and pickup locations are the same, but in our case, we needed scooter to be delivered to Levorno with Florence drop off. The customer service representative was great to reorganize two separate reservations and helped us to create one contract with the dates and locations that we needed. they also sent us a reminder a day before to confirm pickup time. the return was easy and fast.
I would definitely recommend MIA medical if you need to rent mobility devices in Florence area.
