Our family had multiple moves which included 3 years of storage and when I had specific concerns I was able to address them with the VP of Client Services, Danielle Schwall, who cheerfully responded immediately. Danielle was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I would also like to recognize the outstanding job Bill Douma, Sales Manager, did in coordinating our moves. He was always helpful throughout the process.
