I had a great experience with Metro Steel and Doors. The team was friendly and easy to work with, and they really knew their stuff. I ordered a custom steel door for my property, and the quality is fantastic—very solid and exactly what I was looking for. The installation crew showed up on time and got the job done quickly, leaving everything clean when they finished. Pricing was fair for the quality, and the whole process went smoothly. I would use them again if I needed new doors.
Terrible company to work with. Once the sales guy took our credit card information we never heard from them again. Had to call multiple times to find out when they were going to deliver/install. It’s been roughly a month since they installed the doors and they did not have the right hardware. We still don’t have door handles on either of our doors and can’t get anyone to return our calls. The doors were also damaged in transport and they were supposed to “fix” when they return with the hardware.
