Hello Sir,
Not sure why you say you got poor service. Your Metravi Pro 587 multimeter was sent for servicing to us with issues after 4+ months of usage and only after taking approval from you, we sent it for advanced inspection to our factory.
We have already diagnosed the issue and provided you resolution - a PCB replacement - as multiple internal components were found damaged.
Metravi warranty is against manufacturing defects and usage issues are not covered. We also do not charge for servicing our instruments, only any spares required are chargeable.
We have already shared the estimate with you and have been waiting for your approvals to proceed further.

They are a fraud company . I purchased a DC hour meter from them by paying a very premium price. Instead they sent a local AC meter of cheap quality, and now they are not replying to my messages Or they’re not picking up my call. Stay away from them

The worst customer service ever.
All the 4+ star review were like good service and all but then when you experience it yourself you get the picture. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

They are the worst when it comes to customer service. They act like they're doing you a favor by even selling you their products. Every time I needed help, it felt like I was begging them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Their arrogance and lack of support are beyond frustrating.

Very bad company THE WILL NEVER FOLLOWUP FOR SERVICE BUT FOR SALES YOU WILL GET CALL BACK .
Supply faulty instruments. Neither replacing nor repairing it in warrenty . Holding it. showing testing report they will sell the goods (kindly ask for the working video and buy the product for the safer side other wise.
warrenty is all fake what ever problem coms they will charge thats they margin busness ...
Poor after sales service.
let it be 60 years old company people who are working are not the same old people who was working before

As explained earlier, CEM brand warranty is against manufacturing defects only, usage issues are not covered.
As informed earlier, just in case your instrument was dead on arrival, it should have been informed to the us within 7 days of delivery. Please go through the return policy at https://www.cem-instruments.in/return_policy.php.
We test and calibrate every Air Particle Counter before despatch and yours went through the same process. We had shared the Testing and Calibration Certificate for your new instrument; a copy of the same was placed inside your product box too.
Your Air Particle Counter pump was jammed very badly, and we have cleaned it already during inspection (as informed earlier).
We suspected a damaged sensor as even after the cleaning, there were no measurement readings on your instrument. The same could only be checked and confirmed by our factory.
How and why the sensor got damaged, we would not be in a position to say as we have no idea about the environment and application of usage. As mentioned earlier, the pump does not get jammed without usage - the usual reason is an over-dusty environment. The best person to help you with that would be the user who was last using the meter.
IF THERE WAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT THE SENSOR WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED FROM THE START AND WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TEST AND CALIBRATE THE METER BEFORE DESPATCH. AS SAID EARLIER, MULTIPLE TIMES, WE CALIBRATED THE METER AND IT WAS WORKING FINE ON DESPATCH. THE AMOUNT OF DUST FOUND IN THE PUMP CANNOT GET INSIDE WITHOUT USAGE.

Your company man is a very bad person who does not answer and does not even know how to talk. We have been celebrating your machine for 15 days. It is not happening. It is a last class company.

Mera clamp meter 1 mahine me kharab ho gaya or inka koi service provider nahi hai or hai v to kolkata me or jo phone number hai ispe koi response nahi hai ok or ab metre service centre jane ke bad ye log bolte hai ki warranty me mera metre nahi banega so aap connection galat use ke karan kharab hua hai or to or poor service hai or mera metre service centre wale log bech kar paisa kha gye or aaj tak veja nahi

BHEL R&D has procured one AC leakage current clamp meter from M/s. Metravi Instruments 2 months back. We have faced an issue with the display of clamp meter and it has been serviced by Metravi immediately by replacing it with a new meter. Excellent support was extended by Metravi. Very good and prompt servicing. Great.

Accuracy of this multimeter is very good I am taking it in a lot of time use it is good enough to use it for about 10 years its body was damaged I talked to the company its body was changed whose money no payment had to be paid and they spoke very well which I loved it
