I went into this store on Wednesday, October 9, 2025, at 1:55 pm to purchase some facial moisturizer, an eyebrow sharpener, lipstick, and under eye concealer. The person we who waited on me, Gretchen, was very rude! From the time she started waiting on me I felt she really wanted me to leave. She blew me off when I asked about a long-lasting moisturizing lipstick. Her attitude was horrible. I’ve bought Merle Norman products for years. Not anymore!! I’ll go to Ulta from now on! Much more modern and not so “old feeling “ like Merle Norman.
