Wir waren über's Wochenende in Prag. Metro und Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt ist es von hier nicht weit. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Opäť po takmer roku,znovu sme sa ubytovali v tomto hotely. Skvelá voľba, poloha super ,izby ok,poriadok,čistota ,obsluha,všetko v najlepšiom poriadku.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , hotel ma swoje lata ale jest czysto i schludnie , obsługa na medal bardzo pomocna , miły prezent na powitanie w pokoju - butelka wina i przy wyjeździe miłe prezenty od hotelu . Polecam

First of all, families with children should definitely not prefer this place. There are steps at the main entrance of the hotel and in each corridor. You will have to carry the stroller every time you want to go in and out of your room. Secondly, they are not at all understanding towards children. We arrived two hours before the check-in time, they said we will give your room at check-in, we said okay. we asked the baby changing table, they told us to change it in the toilet. Who wants to stretch his baby's head to the toilet? They weren't solution-oriented and too rude. If we come to the rooms; the items are very old. The bathroom was the worst bathroom I've ever entered. Towels were also hair. The ground is very old, it makes noise and sways every time we walk We were deceived by the good comments on the booking and made a reservation, but people commented well because there was a wine gift of 100 czk. It was the worst hotel we have stayed in.

Odası vasat, klimasız ve küçücük. Merkeze biraz uzak. Saat kulesi meydanına yaklaşık 25 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Banyosu temiz, asansörü üst katlardan çağrılmıyor, valizlerinizle merdivenlerden inmek zorundasınız. Tuhaf bir seçim olmuş asansörün üst katlardan çağrılamaması.

Doskonałą lokalizacja i świetna obsługa. W pokoju łóżko było wygodne, ale w połowie na podeście. Dosyć niebezpieczne rozwiązanie o czym boleśnie się przekonaliśmy. Pokój był przestronny, ale mała renowacja by nie zaszkodziła.

This hotel is not a 4*, it is a 3*. I stayed here recently with a group of friends. We all found that the interior decor was incredibly dated, there were bugs in the room, the bath was falling apart, my room in particular smelt of cigarettes (even though it was a non-smoking room). I find it difficult to understand why there are a lot of positive reviews for this hotel? I did overhear the reception staff asking people for reviews saying how much they "needed them", so maybe that's why. If you're wanting to stay at a genuine 4* hotel, then there are plenty other 4* hotels in Prague so I do recommend staying elsewhere. This review is not a reflection on the hotel staff, as they were polite and professional. The hotel was also in a good location. I wouldn't have had an issue if this hotel marketed itself on a 3*, but it is definitely NOT a 4*!!

Wir waren im Mai 2025 in Prag und haben das Hotel Merkur für unseren Aufenthalt gebucht. Wir bewohnten das Zimmer 412 und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Bad war neu renoviert, das Zimmer groß mit genug Ablagemöglichkeiten, die Matratzen bequem. Die Fenster gingen in den Hinterhof und dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Habe in den negativen Bewertungen gelesen, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig wären, das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Wir haben von unseren Nachbarn nichts mitbekommen. Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkplätze, auf jeden Fall hatten wir keine Problemen gehabt welchen zu bekommen (haben bei der Buchung den Parkplatz direkt reserviert). Das Frühstück war sehr gut und mit viel Auswahl. Habe mir die negativen Bewertungen dies bezüglich durchgelesen und muss sagen das was manche Leute bemängelt haben hat mir eher gefallen, zum Beispiel, dass der Speck eher gedämpft war als kross angebraten oder das Brot mit Kümmel schmeckte wunderbar und war nicht trocken. Also im ganzen war ich mit dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden. Die Lage vom Hotel erwies sich auch als sehr gut. Direkt vor dem Hotel war eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ca 300 m entfernt Metro und Bushaltestelle. Man konnte auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen ca 1 km und bis zur Karlsbrücke ca 1,5 km. Fazit: kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen, das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Отседнахме по бизнес задачи заявихме паркинг който беше безплатен на 1 мин до хотела , изключително чист хотел и много приветлив персонал в. Близост до много забележителности . Орепоръчвам 😊
