Castle come and hour after the party started even tho I was informed it would be there and hour early!
Then come early to collect!
Hired a jumping castle that wasn't connected when dropped off and my husband had to help set up! A popcorn maker and a cotton candy that never worked I used the QR code for instructions was the wrong machine then when called the number it was off! Asked for a refund as it cost $95 just for the cotton candy and I didn't get to use it and I never ever got responded too after 2 emails and a phone call -_- pathetic don't waste your money!

Jumping castle delivered and assembled as planned however 11 hours later no one has arrived or contacted us to collect it and due to rain it is still connected to OUR electricity and running. Delivered fairy floss machine with no ingredients and assured me they would be dropped off within the hour and that never occurred. I have called and emailed them all day with no response. Appalling service. Very disappointed in the service and lack of contact and response from this company

Hired the bungee run. Not so good this time. Had hired the bungee run in past years for NYE celebrations with satisfaction. This year this one bungee run needs servicing. It did not come with the velcro token bean bags. The elastics were overstretched and needed changing. The velcro waist straps were not sticking and did not hold people.

Hired an air hockey table with my friend Casey for a party that I was hosting, it was delivered but not working. They were great and came back to replace it but unfortunately replaced it with an absolute piece of crap that didnât work properly, had cracks all throughout and besides weâre broken so the puck kept getting stuck.
Reached out the following day with an email including photos and videos of it not working and no one ever got back to us about it. Very disappointing experience and will never hire for them again.

Hours of entertainment Matt was professional and friendly and great communication for drop off and pick up ,

Very happy with my experience with Melbourne Castle Hire!
Found them online and when I went to use the booking tool, I realised my ground surface was not listed on their options so I emailed them and they were super helpful and quick to respond with what to chose when booking and how to make the surface suitable. On the day they were very friendly, set up in less than 10 minutes and were the same with pack up at the end of the day.
Children had a fantastic time and it was great having a choice between different sizes depending on how many children we had.
Iâve used them twice for my childrenâs parties and are my go to in future for any inflatable hires!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The man who came to set up the castle was lovely. However, as soon as the kids arrived and wanted to use the bouncy castle, it ripped on the seam. It was a night party for my 18 year old (the one she chose was suitable for adults per the website). They were unable to use the castle we spent $500+ on. When the staff member picked up the castle the next day, he clearly told us that it was not our fault and that the owner would call Monday to sort it out.
We got no call from the owner and have called them multiple times with no answer at all. Weâve texted and now emailed. It is absolutely appalling customer service and not ok to take that much money from someone and not ensure that the product provided actually works. Not only was my daughter disappointed with the party she planned meticulously, but it is criminal that this company does not acknowledge that not addressing the issue is wrong. To be clear, we texted them when it brokeâit was at about 8:30PM for a party that started at 8.
They werenât even surprised it happened. We were told to tape it upâwhich we did with duct tape to no avail.

2. I have called their mobile every day.
3. Sent text messages.

Iâm very disappointed with the service I received from Melbourne Castle Hires for my sonâs birthday party. The driver messaged me at 7pm the night before the event, notifying me of a 12:30pm arrival. Since the party was starting at 1pm, I expressed my concern, but the driver reassured me it would be fine. Unfortunately, he didnât arrive until 1:40pm, 40 minutes after the party had already started.
This delay was deeply disappointing, especially for the children who were excited for the jumping castle. My son was particularly upset it wasnât there on time. Although the venue change was just 3 minutes from the original location, I notified your team multiple times in advance and followed instructions to provide the new address to the driver. Despite this, he still went to the original venue, causing further delays.
To make matters worse, the castle was collected at 5pm, meaning we had it for less than 3.5 hours, far less than what we had expected or paid for.
I reached out privately to address these issues and even offered to share screenshots of emails and text messages with the driver to provide time stamps, but unfortunately, I never received a response.
This experience left a negative mark on what should have been a joyous celebration. I cannot recommend Melbourne Castle Hires based on my experience.

Incredibly poor communication. couldn't get through to office. tried email, text, website, calls. TERRIBLE!!!!! Delivered pop corn and fairy floss late. didn't arrive with enough sugar as ordered. Would not recommend at all!
