We were so disappointed with the service received and Wayne’s appalling communication. We booked a disco tent for a teen’s party in November. I booked well in advance and enquired on the booking form whether the tent had a floor. No answer. Later I texted Wayne and asked about the flooring - he told me the tent came with a rubber mat flooring. Guess what - it didn’t!! No flooring , and none available - for a party in November. If I had known in advance I could have been prepared.
The most annoying thing is that Wayne refused to take my calls or reply to my messages . Not acceptable and totally infuriating!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and were really sorry to hear you wasn't happy. Our disco tents don't come with a floor but we sometimes supply a rubber mat floor for them. On this occasion the ground was already very muddy si therefore the rubber mat would have been no use to you. It was advised that you used the gravelled area for the tent to go on as this was much more suitable due to the weather we have had. We were also Informed by both the delivery team and collection team that the patio was extremely slippery which made it dangerous even our guys nearly went over. After speaking to both of the teams we have told them it should have been cancelled due to the area being unsuitable and they have been advise to do this in the future. With regards to your difficulty in contacting us we did have a internal problem with our some of our emails which has now been resolved and on the day the mobile was unreachable which we didn't realise and had to reboot the handset. But the delivery team tried several times to contact yourselves before delivery to confirm a delivery time so with this you would have had contact details for one of our team. Once again we apologise for the communication problems but we're sorry we don't take responsibility for very wet muddy area we were asked to setup on and as we have stated this will result in either a cancellation or setup in a suitable area.

Very pleased with Megabounce at Ross. They did exactly what they said they would. I’d had my doubts, esp as they don’t like or don’t want you to leave messages on their answer machine, but I needn’t have worried. Brilliant service on the day. Big thankyou, Megabounce. Definitely recommend!

Megabounce are absolutely brilliant. My 2nd time using them and will use time and time again. Such a lovely lovely team. They cannot do enough for you. So helpful and the bouncy castles are amazing. We had the sea themed castle with a front slide and I can highly recommended. Was a hit. Thank you again.

We hired the 16ft x 16ft farmyard adventure play bouncy castle for our daughter’s second birthday party. From initial enquiry through to collection, Megabounce were so helpful! I can’t recommend them enough and will be my go to for all parties going forwards.
