I'm really sad to be having to make this review. We have previously used Megabounce for our events and whilst communication hasn't ever been their strong point they have always come through in the end and we thought we had a good relationship with them. Our latest experience however was pretty awful, after several attempts to communicate with them we finally managed to obtain a booking agreement with everything outlined as had been discussed, drop off times, power source (generator)etc had all been agreed in writing and they were aware of where we are as we have used them previously. Fast forward to the day before our school event (strangely also the day of the euros semi final) when they email us asking if there is electricity or if they need a generator and also stating they would not be able to meet our agreement due to our location as the fuel would be an extra £40! Queue us frantically trying to contact them to discuss in any way possible, no answer to multiple phone calls and when we did get through we were told it was someone else we needed to speak to. Extremely unprofessional, rude both via email and face to face in they say which they only fulfilled because we relented in desperation to avoid disappointed children and said they could arrive later despite this being against our risk assessment as there would be children on the field taking part in their sports day. They complained to us that they didn't make a profit however they set their prices and decided what items to bring. Feedback from families was that they were only letting children have 3 goes on the slide for £2.50 so they weren't having multiple goes and the ride they brought with them was not the ride they had shown us pictures of. So rude in fact they told us that the panic they caused the day previous wasn't hassle and not to use them again! Don't worry, we won't be!

It is very sad that we are so lucky. Bouncel castle was very dirty as if no one had ever washed it. I've never seen that before. The smell was horrible. hols was the largest casle inside. I told everyone I know about my experience and I do not recommend anyone to order from here

Booking on the website was really easy. I emailed to double check all confirmed and received a helpful and polite response really quickly. Delivery was on time and efficient. An incident meant they couldn't collect at the agreed time (totally not their fault) but communication was excellent. Would recommend.

Bouncy castles were in good condition. Kids loves them. Needed specific times as had rented a hall and Megabounce accommodated. Quickly put up and cleared away. Couldn't ask for anything else really

The soft play items were delivered and set up on time even in my absence and pick up was done before allotted slot. Overall great experience!

Booked for my daughter’s birthday over the weekend, Megabounce were brilliant from the booking all the way to collection. Booked through the form on the website which was really easy to use & straightforward, communication was brilliant and very quick to answer any questions. We booked the package, bouncy castle with slide, ball pit & hoppers which kept all the children entertained and happy through out the party, age range from babies - 10years old, so we had something for everyone to enjoy and a really good affordable price. We’ve used Megabounce in the past and because of the great service and value for money we will definitely use them again in the future. Can’t recommend them enough 😊 thank you again!

Myself and my wife hired the package deal for our daughters 4th birthday party, and we were not disappointed. It was super easy to book and very good value for money (even with delivery costs). My wife had regular contact from the team regarding booking times, booking items etc and just couldn’t fault the service! Wayne dropped off the bouncy castle at the given time, and set up with ease. A welcoming, brilliant service, with future bookings already being planned.
