I would give 10 stars if it were possible. We were able to connect with wonderful Italian suppliers through Viamadeinitaly. We have been working with Serena. She is very professional and extremely helpful. She went over and beyond to help us. They have excellent customer service. I look forward to working with her in the months ahead. Ho un calzaturificio nelle Marche e ho voluto provare questo portale che mette in connessione produttori e buyers. Dopo 2 anni di utilizzo posso dire con estrema certezza di essere più che soddisfatta: oltre ad un team di supporto davvero impeccabile, abbiamo ricevuto molte richieste di contatto, aumentato il nostro database e acquisito nuovi clienti sopratutto provenienti dall'estero. La cosa che mi ha meravigliata di più è stata riuscire ad entrare nel mercato USA, poichè non ero mai riuscita a lavorare con questo mercato, ma grazie a Viamadeinitaly abbiamo incontrato l'occasione giusta ed un buyer che ha importato le nostre calzature in USA, nonostante la situazione COVID-19 aveva fermato le aspettative di espansione oltre oceano. Posso solo che consigliarlo!

I am starting my own private label shoe line and was looking for an Italian manufacturer. I stumbled upon the Via Made In Italy website and submitted an inquiry. I received a very quick response and was put in contact with several manufacturers. I have had extensive conversations with Marco Reiter who has been an intermediary for one of the manufacturers in particular. Marco has always been very nice in responding to me and communicating all details to me. His responses are quick and very professional. He has been patient with me as I am knew to this process. I cannot say enough good things about the service and assistance I have received from Marco and his company. I am excited to be doing business with Italy through this awesome service. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking "Made In Italy" products. Before Via Made In Italy, I had a very difficult time locating any manufacturers in Italy, but now that is no longer a concern. Thanks Marco and team.
