Don’t order from them
Don’t order from them. Saline is very rude on the phone and doesn’t let you speak and talks like a robot instead of a real person. No empathy at all.
I ordered from them for the first time and when the mounjaro pen arrived, the box it was in was damaged. I contacted them about this as I was concerned and didn’t want to use the pen due to the box being damaged. They refused to do anything at the beginning and blamed it happening during delivery so I emailed them again requesting a refund. They said I could have a refund if I returned the pen to them, which I did. They then emailed me when they received the pen and refused to refund me as apparently the pen was damaged and that they would be returning the pen back to me!! I never once mentioned the pen being damaged so this obviously happened in transit which is the excuse they were making when they originally responded to my email. They have point blank now said no refund or replacement. Absolutely disgusting service.
Pen not working
Firstly, delivery was excellent with this company. I was very impressed. However the pen was not priming properly and on my third dose the pen completely malfunctioned. It is not releasing any dose, I was told to send a video over to the medicine marketplace which I had done. They wanted a video showing the pen wouldn’t release liquid, which I clearly showed. Then they said it could be a user error which it is not the pen won’t even go back to 0 on the dial. They’re now asking me to return the pen, out of my own pocket. Absolutely shocking no customer care, I have been using mounjaro for several months now I know how to prime the pen and use it. They’re trying to put their malfunctioning pen down as a user error.
Competitive pricing, appalling reliability
Was completely sucked in by the great value but when relying on a repeat service, it's really frustrating that they are constantly out of stock which gives you no option but to purchase elsewhere. Should you then be able to purchase when your item is allegedly "back in stock" you have to go through a consultation again which takes days to be verified ( even though they say its 2 working days ) Customer Service is hit and miss. You either get someone really pleasent, efficient and helpful on the phone or the polar opposite. Sadly, medicine marketplace might be cheaper but I think paying a higher price elsewhere for the piece of mind of getting my medication is probably a small price to pay.
