Rich, Michael and the entire Mediagistic team has been a fantastic partner for us. We have worked with them for well over 5-years and have done two website remodels over the year. They consistently follow up on updates that may be needed, verify some follow ups from form fills, help us with Google algorithm success and update all of our social media postings. If we ever have a request, their team stays on it and follows up with me so it is never delayed or untimely. If anything, they are on me requesting feedback or direction to help us recognize all opportunities that we have in our marketing and PR campaigns. I have other agencies that I can work with but they take care of me well, understand my industry and are very responsive when we have requests.

Make sure you get one that is knowledgeable and that you get along with. I made a switch one time and my new Account Manager is a badass! She is straight forward, doesn’t try to beat around the bush & sugarcoat things, always answers text-calls-emails, and seems to truly want us to win. I mean if we win they win too!
