Tuve una mala experiencia ayer, aclaro no de todas las personas que atienden, pero fui víctima de discriminación por parte de la señora que hace los ultrasonidos, debido a que no hablo inglés y no le entendía, pedí disculpas por lo entenderle en lo poco de inglés y ella muy grosera me gritó que no Spanish una y otra vez haciéndome gestos de furia. Me sentí tan mal que no pude controlar mi llanto
This place is extremely unprofessional I was told on the phone that I can walk in and didn’t need to make and appointment for a pre op exam and when I arrived there. I was told they don’t do pre op exams by the receptionist who was very dismissive to me. If you go on there website it says they do medical clearance.There seem to be a lot of favoritism towards the white patients while the black patients lined up in confusion. I would never recommend this place.
I am editing my review because Julia from the front desk contacted me herself and was able to resolve my concern with the care that i have become accustomed to receiving from Medex.
I still strongly believe that the new phone board they use must be train to support their cunsumers better. With continued interactions I will keep everyone updated.

I had an appointment scheduled for March 1st, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Transportation was arranged for me with an original pickup time of 11:30 a.m. Shortly after, the office called asking if I could move my pickup to 11:00 a.m., which I agreed to in order to accommodate them. From the beginning, they kept moving my appointment around for their personal convenience. What about my convenience? I booked 12:00 p.m. for a reason.
The driver did call me, but I was in the middle of getting ready at that time. He showed up at 10:30 a.m., a full 30 minutes earlier than the agreed 11:00 pickup time, and asked if I could come outside immediately. I explained that I could not because I was still getting ready and my scheduled pickup time was 11:00. I was later told that he waited, but he ultimately left, which caused me to miss my appointment entirely.
I was also informed that they had multiple cancellations that day and were trying to move everyone’s appointments earlier. Other patients canceling has absolutely nothing to do with me. It is not the patient’s responsibility to rearrange their entire day because the office had cancellations.
Because of their disorganization, the doctor left early and I was unable to receive my procedure. I took time off work for this appointment and rearranged my entire day. I even offered to drive my own vehicle there just to get the procedure done, but no one was helpful or accommodating. Instead, I was simply told to reschedule.
The staff was unapologetic, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no accountability and no effort to correct the situation. This seems like a chop shop anyway. Stay away from these people. You cannot even trust that these are real doctors because the way I was handled, is not sufficient patient care. Patients deserve proper scheduling, respect for their time, and basic professionalism, none of which I experienced here.
This place is no good. There is no confendiality . When your first called you meet with a nurse and there is another paitent in the room and then u wait for the dr in the small hallway. This place isn't good. Don't come here.
