Crappy professionalism and immaturity from management. Staff is treated poorly and staff will look at the urine in the kennel and walk right past it. Nepotism is huge. My dog was lodging while I was out of town and when I came to pick her up she instantly defacated in that house (she's never done that) which means they didn't take my dog out for Lord knows how long. Take your dog literally anywhere else.
I brought my frenchie here for bath and nail trim...the staff recomend Shadow Creek Vet to catch him up on shots which also provided quick an excellent service. The staff and enviroment was friendly

Today was a return to Meadowlake with Neferkitti and Calico being prepared for an extended stay. I think they like it here as went right in. Staff are attentive and friendly. Denise and Emily showed empathy for all my concerns as the two cats are housed together .

I’m extremely disappointed with the care my dog received at Meadowlake Pet Resort Galleria. I left him for the weekend and added a bath before pick-up. When I arrived, I noticed a visible wound on his paw, most likely from when his nails were trimmed. A patch of hair is missing, the area looks irritated and uncomfortable, and no one mentioned it to me at pick-up.
It’s really upsetting to see my dog come home like this. For the rate we pay, I expected a much higher level of care. It makes me question who they have trimming the dogs’ nails and their overall level of professionalism.
I also texted them about it the day it happened and I got no respond.
Fast friendly with excellent results competent service clean service areas

Exceedingly patient and kind with my anxious 7 year old lab mix. Frequent update phone calls appreciated. My time issues taken into account and accommodated. Will refer friends and use Meadowlake again.

My pet Simba goes to Meadow Lake Daycare 2-3 days a week and absolutely loves the other dogs as well as staff there. When we arrive, staff greet as though we're special and call us by name. They are personable and professional. They tell me how Simba spends each day and tell me the names of all her besties. Staff have been especially helpful in reinforcing Simba’s training.
