Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Completely unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend working with them. I called this company to inquire about their services. A woman picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called again, and she was extremely rude, refused to answer any questions, and hung up once again.

Marina is the best accountant that I've ever had! She is highly professional and knowledgable. I fully trust her! A friend of mine recommended MCLAN accounting to me more than 4 years ago. I used to pay so many taxes that I wanted to cry. Finally, I called their office in Brooklyn and have been filing taxes with them since them. The staff members are very polite and respond fast. Marina is on top of her work. She has many assistants who make the process smooth and nice. I've been recommending literally everyone to use Marina's services because she has been helping me so much!

I would avoid using the accounting services of this firm at all costs!!! After being a client for 10+ years, they made a big time error on my tax return which has resulted in thousands of dollars in fines and interest. Things happen, sure, but they have done little to nothing to help make their mistakes right, from being impossible to reach to literally just not doing anything after they were notified of their mistake. It makes me sad to have to write a negative review but these are not people that you want filing your taxes for you and I would not want anyone going through something like this.

I used this accounting services last year for my business and they personal income tax and he'd a lot of problems with IRS they charged me for each quarter that they were filling payroll but didn't IRS charged me $946 for not filing 3 quarter, very unprofessional don't waist your time and money!
