Strong Kudos to TaylorH of MBO... a real star, friendly, efficient, looking out for my best interests...As context, I enrolled with MBO in the early days 6-7 years ago it was a disaster, (literally days and hours of misguided agony)...having been thru this experience before (which on purpose is all about dotting "i's" and crossing the "t's" of employment and tax law, eligibility to work in US, being a contractor and not an employee etc.) in contrast my experience a few weeks ago working with Taylor was delightful. She knew her job, was super responsive, had a clear process to follow, both texted and email which is great to get those quick questions answered, she worked well with my company contact,time zone handoff her east coast me west coast was sweet, her west coast contact went above and beyond after hours to figure some weird computer access glitch out. Taylor she smoothed the bumps, worked thru some of the gray areas as all of our employment engagements are different, she was fun and encouraging and professional and got this rush job done. thanks so much for all that you did in getting me enrolled to do this work (I haven't submitted my first invoice but am confident that the hand-off to the CareTeam will go just as well. thanks so much Taylor, you are the best.
