Honestly the easiest most professional place I’ve ever dealt with, nothing is ever an issue and it’s handled quickly. So much easier then TAFE, recently had Lauren help me with re-enrolling into the certificate 4 building and she was so prompt and quick and really handled everything well. The center itself has everything you need, plenty of parking, clean toilets, good lunch room what else do you need. Don’t go anywhere else
A member of Master Builders Association did $80,000 in renovation work on my home and did not take out HBCF insurance. The work is defective and the builder has refused to fix it or communicate with me about the defective work. I can't claim any insurance because they didn't take out HBCF insurance. I made a complaint to MBA who wrote to me saying the builder was going to take out the HBCF insurance. The builder still hasn't and probably isn't able to now as the work is defective. This association has no interest in the public just in their paid members. I based my decision choosing a builder on their membership of MBA and the builder turned out to be breaching the Home building act by not taking out mandatory insurance and unethical not fixing defective work.

Extremely polite, on time, super clean workers, unbelievably professional in every way. We can't recommend them highly enough. Above all, their price to redecorate the exterior of our Summer Hill home was much cheaper than the 2 other quotes we received.
I enrolled in a course several months ago and cannot believe how amateur the training department is. Disjointed, dysfunctional and distant is how I would describe the organisation. Several flaws pointed out in the training material and course is not presented as was described in the initial consultations.
This is not an association it is a profit based business they lie to their members about TAFE to produce numbers for their supposed educational wing. I would love to see there political donation history because this business has no interest in benefiting the building industry look at what they've done in the last 10 years.
If you pay money to this profit based leech of the building industry I strongly recommend you to stop.
