I waited in line for 15 minutes and didn't have a pen to complete the extremely short form before i reached the scale, i was given a pen with an excessive amount of disrespectful attitude and told to wait in line again. After waiting another 15-20 minutes i got up to the scale and then was turned around due to having a residential truck that weighed more than 9000 lbs. they said if the trash was on a trailer hooked to my truck it wouldn’t be an issue which just sounds ridiculous to me. I wish the website had this information so i didn't waste the time traveling here and waiting.

I been looking for a 2 yard dumpster for my shop. The first place I called did not have any available. I called Mazza recycling and got a return phone call from Drew the same day, I asked him a bunch of questions and he answered and explained how it everything works, including pricing and pickup times. Drew was great to work with and also told me about other products and services available. I got my 2 yard dumpster a few days later. Drew also introduced me to the bulk materials department. Great customer service !!! I Highly recommend Mazza Recycling & Bulk Materials.

The scale process sucks, waiting time is stressing. They don't understand that we have to do other jobs. We have to stop at 2 different offices to do paperwork. You need minimum 35 to 45 minutes to dump.

Choose this company if you like to be woken up quite early weekly, literally have woken up to 5ams and 6ams loud truck and banging garbage container. Company has no consideration for it's residents in condo communities. Why you can't start work after 8am, specially if you know you like to jiggle that container to shake the air out because you're here multiple times a week. Never get this inconsiderate company, specially if u have loud sound PTSD, its loud and sucks to be woken up to. Its a HOA. It's fine your bigger issue now is that your recycling guy. Last week only emptied whats in the bin. We have new construction with people moving in and box overflow is still there since last week. I literally just was the man just do it again. So how many weeks of not picking up all recycling. He needs either a buddy, or a we need new garbage people. Maybe my hoa can change because this is the second year and I now have another complaint. Either get your people help or dont hired lazy people or they don't do more than they have to, because of lack of insurance coverage on your behave, they dont want to get hurt. Update... 3 months later still same bs find another company people. See the picture, so they can move the garbage bags. Just not to finish their job. So we were told by hoa that the mazza person can't do anything about the bags, yet they were moved so the recycling can be dumped out. Make it make sense, the math doesn't add up, awful company. Dumb employees, like I dont understand there were bags over flowing bc of the last snow of Feb 2026. This now must be known to public knowledge. Listen how ridiculous these company is. Listen up... The first mazza guy comes moves the trash bags out the way to dump the trash bin into his truck. Then chooses to not put them in the bin he just emptied and leaves them there. Later the recycle guy comes sees the trash bags in way decides to move the bags so he can empty the recycle bin, that guy chooses to not open trash bin and put bags in that empty trash bin and get this once he finished putting recycle bin down he places garbage bags back in front of both bins. Now does that make sense. And there's a mattress and tree that still havent been picked up. Idk if the owners care about there company or brand but its not looking good. Maybe dog riding with garbage drivers should be a revoked privilege. People have added because you're employees left the trash in the way.

The African American guy always wearing an eagles hat, at the scale house is slow and inconsiderate, he’ll have you standing at the window for 30+ seconds with your paperwork in hand while he’s on his personal cellphone doing BS. His lines are always longer than the other scale house workers, when I find out what scale he’s working, I avoid it like the plague. The other scale house workers are quick, time is money. This guy must think he’s at home relaxing on the couch. Everything else in Mazza is smooth, but this guy sucks. Re train him or replace him. Update 2/26/2026 12:46 PM EST Spoke to management, they stated they’ll talk to the employee and assure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you management, you guys run a smooth effective operation and I can’t wait for the truck pull again. Thank you for all you do for the community 👍🏼

The process couldn't have been smoother. The drivers who delivered and picked up the dumpster were on time, professional, and super nice. I'm still cleaning out a house, and I will definitely use them again. If you're able to fill it yourself, you can get a way bigger dumpster for way less money than a junk hauler will charge you. I wish I'd found Mazza last year before I spent several thousand dollars on a certain national junk hauler.

Ordered a dumpster which they delivered next day. I called to have it removed, which they removed the next day. They sent me an email saying my order was completed when they picked up my dumpster. My credit card was charged when they dropped it off. Over a week later I got a charge on my card for $144. No invoice, no email, so I reached out and they said my dumpster was over filled and that was the service charge, they also said they didn't send bill or contact me because they were behind. I definitely would steer clear of this shady business and would never recommend getting a dumpster off them. I'm not sure how they can send an email saying order is completed for my dumpster then bill me over a week later after the load was dumped. That is a shady way to do business especially since our dumpster wasn't even full, I would strongly not recommend these dishonest people.

I want to thank Mazza services for finding my spouses cellphone.that was lost a month ago and found by one of there truck drivers.Honest people are hard to come by it wasn't so much about the cellphone cause it was replaced it's the fact that someone found it and wanted to return it.
