I would like to give -5 Star if available. This is a certainly a scam company. When I enquired through their website, Avishek Priyadarshi (Manager-Learning Solutions) reached out to me on the requirement. After couple of discussions, I have decided to enroll and paid part payment of 30K on 22nd July, 2024 and they never arranged a single training session since then. After multiple follow-ups, I have asked for refund of my payment. Till today I have not been refunded. Their HR, Finance and customer service departments all are copied in mail, but no one responds. It's been 1 month since I have been following up on refund, they never respond. Most importantly Avishek the one I was communicating didn't respond despite multiple attempts. Please don't encourage such fake companies with good reviews.
MaxMunus helped me get a trainer for a WMS system that is not easily available. I am giving them a very good rating as they made sure I was happy with the trainer. I was co-ordinating with Ankita from MaxMunus who is extremely polite and accommodative. She helped me with multiple trial sessions until I found the right trainer. The trainer was extremely professional and very knowledgable. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the subject very well. He did not rush to finish the class and was also very flexible with the timings. The course fee was also very competitive. I would certainly recommend ManMunus if you need training on any WMS system.

Excellent BI training module..had good knowledge on Power BI which is really helping me to resolve my tasks easily at office..the trainer was a very experienced professional and explained every point in detail and regularity of classes was maintained. Highly recommend their trainers !!!
Actually it's just for the name sake, I had enquired for many things from maxmunus on the support required but only the agent called and said Wil chk disconnected the call saying will get back, there is no proper service provided by this software as people are lacking and the reps will speak so rudely and they don't even respond on the calls as well, before taking service only it's worst just imagine after taking services we should think that really is it worth to pay them for the service taken.... Or it's just a fake and scam
Fake consultancy with cheap professionals working for them. They hired me to train US guy and then never paid amount for the same.!!! Dont trust these low profile consultancies.!!!!
