Poor customer service and unreliable I tried to change the time if my booking with a second email. They responded by telling me I was wasting their time and costing them money. I am a health professional and my clients who are wheelchair dependent and really rely on maxi taxis to attend critical medical Appointments report that the taxis are often late or no shows

Extremely disappointing. Ordered an SUV and received an old white disgusting van. The hour ride to the airport was ridiculously uncomfortable. Most unrealiable company I had to dealth with.I confirming numerous times via email for a airport pick up and called day prior and spoke to the driver to confirm pick up time as well Taxi didn't arrive on the day.When I spoke to the company they advised wait for 20 minutes and didn't turn up either. Last minute We had to book uber and rush to the airport to catch our flight ontime Will not recommand this business at all

Booked a cab for a crucial Doctor's appointment, specifically requesting a car seat multiple times before the date. Unfortunately, the driver arrived 20 minutes late and without the promised car seat, forcing me to cancel my appointment. This lack of reliability and disregard for customer requests is highly disappointing.

Poor communication initially meant pick up time for the driver arranged was incorrect. On return our job was misquoted. When questioned about this misunderstanding of the price the company representative (Sunny) was rude on the phone and caused uncomfortable situation for myself and the driver of the cab. We could sort the situation out however I would never recommend using this service.
