Me and my family were in a car accident and we were sidesiped by another car that almost ended up in a ditch. Thankfully I was able to recover and avoid the ditch. My brother recommened that I talk to a lawyer and see what they say. It didnt take long to find this law firm. Mr. Colin Diamond was our attorny and he did a great job. It took some time but in the end we won and thats all that matters. I would highly recommend this law firm.

The Mark Schneid/Carrie King team did a great job with my case. Colin Diamond was a great lawyer he helped my brother in law with a car accident he had, he was very communicative with him always kept him informed with everything that was going on with his case. On their website it says "work injury lawyers" but then when I called them they said they do not work on work injury lawyers... well if you do not then why is it on your website!! take it down!!!!!

I called asking for a consultation with one of the attorneys. The lady who answered the phone said the attorney I asked for is not in then asked if would I like to be transferred to one of his associates. I said yes, please. Instead of transferring me, she started to ask questions; how did I find out about them? Name and number? I answered all her questions. Then she asked if I had an injury. I told her it would likely be medical negligence/malpractice situation. She said that the attorneys only deal with personal injuries and that they don’t do medical malpractice cases. I told her that medical malpractice covers many things including injury and this is why I’d like the opportunity to consult with an attorney since he/she would be able to advise me on how to categorize the situation because, regardless of what I may think it is, the fact remains that the situation exists. Prior to calling this firm, I was able to share more information with a highly rated attorney in Chicago who said he would not be able to take the case because of conflicts of interest but outlined what I needed to do and the first thing was to find an attorney and act quickly. I researched other firms and settled on this one specifically because they do state on their website that they handle medical malpractice cases and their location was a plus. I persisted by sharing that information with the lady and she shouted, “NO! You cannot speak to one of our personal injury attorneys!” After some silence, I asked her if she could please transfer me to the Associate as she said she would at the start of the call. Again she shouted NO. I reminded her that she is the one who had suggested to transfer me to the Associate in the first place. She then said “NO! Well then, I misspoke.” After the call ended, I immediately contacted one of the attorneys on Twitter, stated what had transpired, and requested him to contact me. I thought at the very least, he would be interested to learn of the interaction I had with the lady who answered the phone. However, so far I have yet to receive a response from anyone from The Law Offices of Mathys and Schneid…even though my information was gathered by the lady who had answered the phone.

The Law Offices of Mathys & Schneid was recommended to me by Wade Yeoman of Finn & Yeoman, who was recommended to me by Amber Luczak of Edward Jones. Relying on your personal network does pay off. My daughter was injured in a very serious hockey incident, and this was a case that was going to take a lot of time, knowledge and effort to resolve. Mark Mathys was the knowledgeable and professional lawyer that we needed because we required the expertise of an experienced injury attorney. They are patient, thorough and alleviate the intimidating thoughts that come from having to hire an Attorney for help.
