Read this if you plan to take a job at MathLeaks Pros:Free coffee. Other than that, there are no cons to working at MathLeaks Cons:The salary is far below what is normal for the kind of skills required for the job. The company does not have collective agreement, which like 90% of all companies in Sweden have. The company does not supply the staff with computers, you are expected to use your own. There is no possibility of making a career at the company. The management told us that there were interesting plans coming up in the near future when we who worked there knew for a fact that there were no such plans due to lack of money. They either flat out lied to us or they were totally disconnected with reality. I could go on for quite a while but I think I stop there Advice to Management:Stop treating staff like as if they are stupid
