Good hair washing service — it was very satisfying and exceeded my expectations. The salon is a house converted into a hair studio, which is nice.
However, I had a bad experience with pricing. I originally booked a blow-dry but changed to a braid. I was charged the same (€45) even though braiding is not listed on the menu, and no one informed me about the price.
When I spoke to the manager, she was rude, disrespectful, and even threatened to undo my braid if I didn’t pay.
Very unprofessional. I would not return.

We’d like to clarify that you were only charged for the wash and blow-dry service, which was completed prior to your braid. The braid itself was not charged as an additional service.

I got my hair done at pure bliss spa and it was amazing, the hairdresser Roya was so kind and attentive she listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I was looking for. My hair is brighter and still healthy as it was before and I’m really glad I’ve found her! The room was so peaceful and private I felt really comfortable.

So I booked three services for Mother’s Day-one hour body massage and two head spa massages…for three people…we were all accommodated the time I wanted and in one room which was great.
The head spa treatments were great and my massage was cut short to just under 45minutes (I know this based on when we started and when I checked the time when I got changed) which I didn’t understand why at the time.
The issue came in when the spa had another booking and didn’t book enough time for my treatments. The next appointment was let into the same room for her spa head massage while my children were getting their hair blow dried after theirs a I was getting changed. I was changing m, they had not and I had to cover them while staff and the new client (so like four extra people) were all in the same room as us. We were not offered another room to go to and then I was charged for the full hour massage when it is the spa that did not book/leave enough time between appointments. When I argued this, all I was given was 10% off my treatment. No phone call to apologize. Highly unprofessional and no safeguarding of children taken into consideration.

We would like to clarify that your total time with us exceeded the originally scheduled appointment. Your booking was allocated one hour, however the session ran over by approximately 30 minutes, which unfortunately impacted the following appointment that was already waiting.
That said, we sincerely apologise for the discomfort caused during the transition between clients. We understand that privacy—especially when children are present—is extremely important, and we regret that this was not handled to the standard we aim to provide. This is not reflective of our usual practice, and we will be reviewing our scheduling and room management procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
Regarding your massage duration, we appreciate your concern and will be reviewing this internally to ensure consistency across all treatments.
We also apologise if you felt your concerns were not fully addressed at the time. We always encourage clients to reach out directly so we can resolve any issues promptly and appropriately.

Pure Bliss is an understatement — this was pure heaven!
I surprised my fiancé with his first couples massage, and he loved every minute. Geri welcomed us warmly and even treated us to a bottle of Kylie Minogue Prosecco Rosé, which was such a lovely touch.
Geri and Marli were friendly, professional, and applied the perfect pressure throughout. The personalised song at the end made the experience even more special.

Absolutely wonderful, my husband and i went for a couples massage and left feeling so relaxed. You get sent a reminder of your app the day before and the day of with the address (no issues when putting in google maps) There is street parking literally outside and a car park a couple mins walk away.
