With our 6 locations across Canada we needed a marketing agecy that was able to take on our SEO and Google ads and achieve some measurable results. After almost 7 months, we are very happy to say that all 6 locations have positive ROI with 2 locations having beyond exceptional ROAS with Google ads. My company, SAD Entertainment Inc., operates out of the same building as Marvel Marketing. Upon moving in, we were pleased to find out we'd be sharing a commercial building with such pleasant people. We had a discovery call with Marvel and we found them to be a little rude. As a small startup company we dont have much of a budget and we told them we would increase our budget as ROI started rolling in. They just said “we dont have space for any accounts under $2k per month” and that we should look for a freelancer until we can afford $2k per month. I found it to be rude and unhelpful.

They managed our budgets efficiently, maximizing the amount of leads we were getting from our Google Ads and META ads. Oh, and their client trello board is amazing for keeping everything organized and communications effortless which is a big upgrade from the previous marketing agency we working with.

We started with a bit of a rocky start, when the manager assigned to us left the company and didnt tell us anything. We went a couple days without communication and didnt even know he had left the company so our campaigns became delayed for a few days. I have to say though that the owner of the company came in on the 3rd day and assigned us a new manager and we eventually got everything figured out and we are now seeing pretty decent results.
