I had this company design and add a deck extension to an existing one. They were creative in the design piece, effectively meshing the new deck with the older one. The continuity between old and new was excellent! They also were very careful to protect and work around the extensive gardens I had near the new deck area. They were good in their communications, keeping me updated on the work, meeting all the timeliness set. I found them very reliable.
Most importantly, they were always responsive to my questions and took care of any concerns I had during the project and after it was finished. I found them a company you can count on to do good work and stand behind it.

Make sure you get an actual written estimate. I wouldn't recommend using their DocuSign app. Estimates were vague but I went with them anyway. Work was not very good gaps on the soffit and fascia they put on,. Black Rubber roofing they put on the porch overlaps the new white soffit and fascia they put on. Furnace ducting repair, the masking tape and other tape they used is already pulling away from the wall, no other fasteners that I can see. They're trying to double charge me for a beam repair I had them do and they didn't put anything under the cement blocks they used to prop up the beam. So far not good, I'll update if they remedy the situations.
To work on HVAC he should have more than just a contractors license but he does not. Didn't pull any building permits. Should have pulled at least two. The new rubber roof on the porch was the fix for a leak near where it met the wall of the house. Total cost to fix the leak, over 3 thousand dollars. They did offer to cut and seal the edge of the rubber roofing but at additional cost (time and materials). But I didn't trust them by now, who knows how much they would charge for that. "Preliminary" and clean up costs over 3 thousand dollars. More to come. I'm going to contact the Attorneys General of both MN and Wisconsin. Oh, forgot to mention the $500 tub spout. They were supposed to fix a leak under the tub.

Came out promptly for an estimate said they would get back to me in 2 weeks. After a month I attempted to call them once every week or two and only got a voice mail or receptionist. Was called by the guy who came out for the inspection 2 months after inspection. He apologized for it taking so long and said he would have it done by the end of the week. Waited 3 more weeks, heard nothing, told them to forget about it.
Squirrels were getting into the walls to nest, chewing through wood to get in! Marshall construction services came out to replace all of the rotted out wood up near our roof. Timely, super friendly and reasonable prices! Will use for any upcoming projects!

Hired to install a window sill. They broke part of the frame and charged me for their mistake. Window sill was measure wrong and had to come back for a 2nd measurement. Window sill was filled with holes and was told his is how the piece came from the manufacturer. Eventually they filled the holes with compound that didn't fit the color scheme. I would never hire this company again.
Had an job estimated for $20,850.00,patching nine walls,three were kind of big,the rest weren't, sheetrock ,mud,paint, can't see where it could be that much in lobor,guess he didn't wanted to do the work so bid it high,had the job done by somebody else,pays to get more estimates, I'm sure he does good work but to rich for me,,,just and add on ,I did the skin coating myself,his price for that alone was $2,350, oh well

Walter left out that the estimate included putting his bathroom back together. Installing the tub, installing drywall, adding sleepers to level the floor, install sub floor materials, and install flooring. He also wanted a price to smooth out a very rough textured ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom accounted for 1/2 of the estimate total.
Very knowledgeable in the field and I have no doubt that they offer outstanding results but when it comes to the initial estimate for the beginning of a project, they give a basic eyeball look-over and compile an estimation with no breakdowns or detail what so ever. And when I start changing my plans and wanting to do a few of the projects myself they completely drop my service. The call from the owner to notify me that they do not want to work with me was not handled in a professional manner either. The owner also likes to justify and give excuses for each bad review that comes in. You should never post online why the costumer is wrong. Privately message them and work over the issues. The customer always deserves respect. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
