It was a pleasure dealing with Anwesh. Great guy. The installers were also very helpful answering all my layman questions. They did a good job and cleaned up the place after the install. I installed a 40kw SolaX battery and a 10kw SolaX inverter. The initially scheduled battery installation had to be postponed due to a freak storm. Anwesh was very helpful in rescheduling amidst all the end of rebate period rush and bookings. Highly recommend his business.

Very bad experience with the sales assistant, she was dancing around our questions and it felt like she was yelling at me. I compared their final quote with other installers in the area and they are the most expensive, not cheap at all.

Disappointing experience with Marshall Energy and communications with Sandra. Received a quote a month back for Panels and Battery. Closer to installation time, panels were cancelled and then the price of battery quote increased significantly. Please be careful of your initial quote, it seems like the low prices are to reel you in before they slap you with the real prices.

We are writing to express our concern regarding the solar system installed on 15 July 2025 by TK Patel and sold by Jacob Martin. Unfortunately, the system has not been working and despite making hundreds of calls, the problems remain unresolved.

As discussed, your system is operating correctly. Please note that online monitoring requires a stable Wi-Fi connection. Once a reliable connection is established, we will arrange for an electrician to configure the monitoring system.

After paying our deposit, we were told to wait for installation which we did patiently for months. During that time, we had to repeatedly follow up for updates especially as we were trying to plan around the upcoming rebate changes in May 2026.
Out of nowhere, the installation was cancelled with the explanation that they “don’t have an installer available due to injury.” While we understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, this explanation feels like a weak excuse and is difficult to believe particularly when the business is still actively operating, advertising and taking on new customers.
It gives the impression that they are prioritising easier, more profitable jobs and simply dropping customers whose installations may be more complex. For customers like us, who committed early, paid a deposit and waited in good faith, this is extremely frustrating and unfair.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and last minute cancellation after months of waiting is unacceptable especially given the time sensitive nature of solar rebates. We had already applied for the rebate, so this has resulted in wasted time and effort on our end.
Would not recommend if you value reliability and accountability.

Complaints: After paying the deposit, the sales guy didn't reply any of my messages or calls. And I Waited a whole month to "legally " use the battery after installation.
Complements: Still giving 4 stars because TK was so patient and helpful, he has very good communication skills ,he takes customers seriously, answered all my questions and doubts, gave me the confidence and trust to go ahead with the battery installation.

I waited 3 months to post this review to assess how it was all going.
We had an excellent overall experience with Marshall Energy, only a few minor hiccups hence the 4 star not 5 star rating.
Andy was good in visiting and answering our questions and was happy to change quotes to include products we wanted.
The installation team did an excellent job and completed old panel removals and the new panels, inverter and battery install in just one day.
We installed 14kw on the roof with 10kw inverter and 30kw battery and have been super happy so far with 2 monthly bills at less than $40 and this month looking slightly less than that pretty impressive for an air con dependant family where monthly bills would have been close to $400 each month for the same period
We are putting a lot of KW back into the grid so have decided to update the wife’s car to EV and with management of charging times should be able to run the car for free or very close to it.
Very happy with our system, the app and the overall service.

Excellent service and installation by Anwesh and Sunny. I spent lot of time researching on battery installation, whether to DC or AC couple , number of additional panels as i have a 6.6 kw with sungrow inverter already. Anwesh was very helpful in assisting me and very happy with SOLAX new 5kw battery module and inverter with AC coupled with 40.8 total battery. SOLAX mobile app is very good with nice interface and makes monitoring very easy. Well done team!
