Horrible Shipping customer service Purchased a product from Manscaped and it was until 3 days later that they processed it and sent me an email that my order shipped. After 3 more days, tracking information hadn’t been updated. I reached out to Manscaped support and they placed the blame elsewhere. Basically a non-apology.

Good while it lassts This trimmer works great in the shower, it's easy to clean, stays sharp, has enough attachments to be convenient however this is the second one I bought that only lasted a little over a year and died. The first one just stopped charging at all and the second one wouldn't shut off. One day it randomly turned on in the medicine cabinet and I had to let it run until it died. thinking it was a weird fluke charged it and it did the same thing a few days later. So I think this may be the last ManScaped trimmer I buy. They aren't expensive but they aren't cheap either.

Nothing Special Really doesn't standout from options half the price. They're clippers. They clip like all the others.Nice case but other than that, I would not spend more than 30 bucks on clippers again.

No customer support - Product stopped working I bought the Lawn mower 4.0 1 yr ago, only lightly used I am not super hairy, trimmer has never been wet, it will not charge and manscaped will not respond after multiple attempts to contact them, my old Wahl trimmer is 10 years old and stills works, Company and product is JUNK,

Already not lasting more than 2 minutes on full charge!!!!!!!!!! Bought this a year and half ago, use maybe once a month, always keep it on the charger. It only last 2 minutes or less on full charge. Even when new it was strange the way it would run for a minute and just cut out. Then would start back up and run a few minutes and cut out again. Definitely not the quality you would expect for the price!!!!!

Bad longevity When the product turns on it is great no cuts or nics. Unfortunately this is the second buzzer I have owned the 3.0 and 4.0 and they have both died in less then a year and do not turn in anymore. Will be exploring a different company for my next replacement.

Will not hold charge I haven’t even had for a year So I ordered this thing on December 11, 2023. I’m writing this review in January 2025 but it stopped holding a charge around August. I’ll leave it on the charger and it gets really hot but it’ll hold a charge for maybe a couple of hours if I fully charge it and then leave it and try to use it the next day it will not turn on. I have to charge it for at least 20 minutes for to even do anything 1010 would not recommend have bought offbrand Chinese stuff that works better

Great trimmer, but why a proprietary charging base?!? USB-C not possible?? This is my second manscaped trimmer, as the first one died after a couple years of faithful service. I didn't hesitate to purchase another, but was disappointed to see there is now a charging base instead of direct plug in.... something else to keep up w while traveling. USB-C woulda been a really nice option, keeping things more universal and not proprietary. Ah, well.... time to mow the lawn.

Broke after a year After a year or so of barely using it. It wont hold a charge and even after staying on charger all night still nothing. I've used this maybe 20 to 30 times as I use it once a month or so. Very disappointed that it lasted barely vs a cheaper one that would've lasted much longer.

Good while it lasted This worked for me for about 21 months before the motor eventually died. I actually took it apart (which was not particularly simple) in order to determine if it wasn't simply something caught or clogging it, since the battery was still fine and had no problems charging. The lights showed up, and I could turn on and off travel lock with no issues, but nothing else functioned; no vibrations, nothing.The reason I'm giving it two stars and not one is because it worked about as well as I was expecting it to while it was functional.

Battery Pife After a year of occasional use, battery has completely depleted. Can only get about 10 seconds of use now with full charge. Very disappointed considering the price and how long it lasted. Maybe used it once every one to two months.
