Extremely disappointing - visibility issues to a poorly executed installation process My experience with Mandoe has been extremely disappointing. I had high hopes for their TV and service, but sadly, the reality fell far short of expectations. From inadequate brightness and visibility issues to a poorly executed installation process, I am deeply dissatisfied. The promised features were not delivered as advertised, and attempts to address the situation were met with silence. Moreover, attempting to communicate with Mandoe's customer support about any problem is an exercise in frustration, as you're endlessly transferred without anyone genuinely addressing the issue. Attached is a photo showcasing the TV's visibility issues, plagued by shadows and extremely poor visibility. What was assured has not been delivered.

STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH IT!! YOU CAN BUY A T.V FOR $500 AND UPLOAD YOUR MENU AND ADVERTISING THROUGH A USB. THESE GUYS LOCK YOU INTO A 3 YEAR CONTRACT AND CHARGE $250 A MONTH! ALL TOGETHER COSTING $9,000. NOT TO MENTION THEY CONTACT EVERY BUSSINES THEY DO WORK FOR AND OFFER THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW ON THEIR BUSINESS AND IN EXCHANGE THEY WANT YOU TO GIVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW!!

I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED with this team. I can't praise this team enough from initial point of sale, installation and deliverance of their product. Mind blowing ! ANU WATMORE YOUR A STAR! 🌟 myself being not tech savvy, guided and assisted throughout the process and went out of her way to make this experience as pleasant and rewarding for me. I will spread the word, Screen looks amazing and the footage Anu helped me compose is brilliant. Even a follow up from Anu to make sure I was happy with everything. Cant fault you !!. Very happy with how quickly and efficiently Mandoe organised our install. Stephanie & Jennifer are fantastic project co-ordinators who followed up with us every step of the way leading up to the install as we had a few shops going and delays in our shopfits. The installation team was so very courteous when they came on site and cleaned up afterwards. The screen is just divine. Anu who is our account manager got our content up and running so quickly! It was so good to have an advertising screen doing what it is supposed to so quickly. We have received many positive comments already from passer bys. I am so super impressed with Mandoe!

Michael and the team ay Mandoe Media know their stuff and get it done !! I'm really happy with the look of the screens in our Pinstripe Cafe at BTP Eight Mile Plains. The software is easy to navigate and we look forward to populating the screens with new content when Templates and training are completed. For professional service, installation and after sales support I recommend these guys.
