Very efficient system which helps massively

I had a great experience contacting with my recent appointments. The service before was absolutely abysmal, but the new system allows for an efficient triage process and at my last two appointment requests, I was seen on the same day.

The online appointment system is excellent, easy to use and I usually get a very fast response. Helpful reception and very good GPs. Thank you!

I recently visited Dr. Manuka Da Silva and was impressed by her attentive care. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel understood and safe. She recommended various tests to pinpoint the cause of my symptoms. I believe she is a great doctor and a valuable part of your practice.

UPDATE 2024 Things have gotten better with the online process and can usually speak to a doctor within a day or three depending on the issue. Hence I have given another star. ***Please read ALL the way through*** Have had problems getting timely appointments previously, locums more focused about getting through the number of appointments (eg. After explaining my symptoms I was asked what would I like to do, I instructed blood tests which determined I was in menopause). I only call when I need a doctor, usually its something that needs to be seen promptly so it's been a fight to persuade the receptionists to be seen same day, however going by one recent experience if this is the new service, I am pleased with it; did an online booking, got called and triaged and even got an appointment within 20mins, very impressive and neat and quick, still have to hang around for a call but it's fine if I get prompt calls/appointments however.

The new system is fantastic! No more hanging on the phone at 8am and waiting in a queue.

Staff act promptly to online request. Their support and response is much appreciated.
