Amazing service. I was expecting a very large bill having to swap out old lead pipes and fittings under our bath, but Russell did the whole job in just over 2 hours. Cannot wait to give it a test run tomorrow when the sealant has dried ☺️

Harrison did an amazing job remedying leaking/broken radiator pipe work for me, all from the crawl space underneath my kitchen. This required draining the system beforehand, and then refilling, venting rads and checking it all afterwards. He also fitted a new kitchen tap for me. I found Harrison to be polite, respectful, clearly very knowledgable and experienced, thorough and conscientious. I was very impressed. Another bonus was that when it was discovered that he needed two extra parts, Maintracts have a facility where Harrison could order the parts and have them delivered to the house within half an hour or so, which meant avoiding any delays of him having to pop out to get them, or him having to come back another day. Been working as a PropMan for past 14 years, and have been using Maintracts for my plumbing, electrical, drainage issues, out of hours emergency plumber and as emergency contact for the festive period. Never been let down by the experienced engineers and the most important help comes from the office staff Oliver, David, Ed and Malcom - whose comprehensive reports just need copy and paste to clients. Time to time cheekily use them for my own property issues, therefore, highly recommended at all times.

Excellent Underfloor Heating Engineer! Mathew did an outstanding job fixing our underfloor heating. He was professional, punctual, and diagnosed the issue where other engineers couldn’t. Not only was his work top-notch, but he was also courteous and left everything clean and tidy. His pricing was fair, and he clearly takes pride in his work. He also followed up to ensurer everything was working as expected and I was happy. I highly recommend Mathew to anyone in need of a reliable underfloor heating engineer. We’ll definitely be calling him again for any future heating needs!

Maintracts are reliable, honest and always work to the highest standards. The whole team, both in the office and on the engineering side are excellent. In particular, I would like to mention Harrison on the plumbing team, and Matthew, one of the boiler engineers, who addressed several ongoing issues in my home.
