While I was having an emergency situation (dead birds in the bathroom vent) during Memorial Day last year, Brent responded to my call promptly, when I had difficulty getting a callback from other firms. He took care of the situation, installed new vents. He and his team were professional, courteous and price for the service was reasonable.
Main Line Bat Guy / Wildlife Infantry is the best!! Professional, quality-focused, and courteous at a reasonable fee!
The vent caps came off our bathroom exhaust fans and birds nested into our crawl space attic. While two other “well reviewed” bird removal specialists would only access from the outside, Brent of Wildlife Infantry said his techs would access the attic, remove bird material, replace ductwork and then seal the openings on the siding with bird-proof metal vent caps. When asked, Brent said he’d used these vent caps for some time and stood behind them; these weren’t “big box store”, poorly made plastic vent caps.
When the day came. Techs Peter and Jack arrived ON TIME and did everything Brent SAID from hauling off the old ductwork/nests to installing new ducts & caulking to installing the caps on hard to access holes. It turns out the starlings had ripped through our ducts and created oodles of nests in the attic. Peter and Jack answered all our questions. They were so COURTEOUS and EFFICIENT. We were so pleased!
Brent and the crew at Wildlife Infantry were a pleasure to work with. They are the only company around that will deal with bats behind window shutters and I am glad that they did! They started with a home inspection for pests that included photos of problem areas and estimates to correct. After accepting, Brent sent his crew out ASAP to work on my home. Keith, Pete & Jack were a great group of guys- very friendly, informative and excellent at their craft. Can't say enough good things about this crew. The best part is the bats left and have stayed away!
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Have had 2 other pest companies out to help with bad mouse issue in my basement and they barely helped at all. This company went above and beyond to figure out and battle the issue until resolved. Thank you!

Main Line Bat Guy / Wildlife Infantry - Keith and team were extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable in working with us to eradicate our flying squirrel issues. They used a drone as well as walked around the exterior of the house, shared pictures and pointed out all the possible openings in this old farm house. We worked through the quote for service which was two full days of patching holes and the entire process was a little over a month. Each week they scheduled visits to check traps etc. The two year warrantee of their work is my favorite part.
Brent worked with us to remove and permanently exclude some raccoons. He worked to determine a thorough diagnosis of the problem, and he did an excellent job explaining his recommendations. When complications arose, we were able to resolve them quickly and fairly. Really an excellent person to work with. I really regret we would only have to call him again if there was a big problem! I never write google reviews but wanted people to know Brent and his crew are the real deal.
Great job, removed bird nest from vent, replaced damaged vent cover (which was why the bird(s) got in), and then, as a preventative measure, replaced two other identical vents before they, too, were damaged. Cover replacement wasn't easy because of a downspout in the way, but that didn't stop the great job. Very happy with the outcome.

Brent can do much more than just the pest control part of the job - which he does very well. He was able to repair and remediate all of the associated damage too. He also had some great suggestions for keeping our house pest free. Lastly, we also needed some follow-up work under his warranty, which he fully honored.

I had a bat in the house. Was up all night because it flew around us while we screamed and ran. I called Brent in the morning and his guy was terrific. He came over in 45 minutes. And removed the bat and went through all of my attic areas. He explained what he does to the children and they really enjoyed their mini education. When he entered he had a mask and booties. The bat was on a nice painting and was removed without harm to bat or painting. Brent explained the bat should be checked for rabies and all of my reading through the night suggested this was the prudent thing to do. The bat was taken to be tested and we expect to be notified within 24 hours if the bat had rabies. We are so thankful for Main Line Bat Guy! I plan to have him back to check for openings around the house next month.
